1,5 Year Transformation

First cycle, testosterone
Here is the result of my very first testosterone cycle ever. I used 250 mg of testosterone per week for 10 weeks during a cutting phase. I managed to maintain my weight and even gained some at one point while being in a calorie deficit and losing fat, so I achieved a solid body recomposition. In the first photo, I weigh 75 kg at 1.80 m. In terms of side effects, I experienced a bit of acne around week 7, which I fixed by switching to two injections per week, and it went away. As for blood work, nothing to report. I did not use any AI. Driada testosterone is, in my opinion, one of the best, properly dosed, high quality, and pure. I recommend it.

First Retatrutide+ cycle

Starting is White Shorts - 118kg Current is Black pants - 112kg Gaol is cutting down to maximum 105kg for the summer. I'm not aiming for abs, I will be happy with 4, no need for deep shreds for me. August 2025 – March 2026. Started retatrutide in September at the lowest dose; I am now at 8 mg. Food noise has disappeared, and I’m eating normally without depriving myself of anything. Weight went from 69 kg to 58 kg. I will also start using cagrilintide for a cut. Binge eating has completely disappeared.

Age 50 - 35 years of training
Age 50, working out since 1990 (pre internet era 😜) Did some powerlifting meets 15-20 years ago, achieved the 3rd place in Austria -110KG class. So i mostly trained for strenght, not classic bodybuilding. Still working out 4-5 times a week, with lower weights than before, but still heavy. Teared both of my biceps tendons in the last 15 years, had surgeries, but it all healed well. Plan to keep working out till my death, it´s just my lifestyle, i can´t image life without training. Weight is about 125 - 130KG since 10 years. My PEDS are very low and simple right now : 150mg Test & 75mg Drosta every 5 days 3 IU HGH & 50mg DHEA every day. all from Driada, except DHEA.
