    that´s 49,5 ;) look at your tape where it starts ... 1 is at the end of the first sqare ... so fifty is at the end of that sqare and you´re hitting 5mm below

    Yeah, that´s what i meant, often the records are lower in the higher weight classes ... That was the same 20 years ago ... i guess it depends where the elite lifters have competed ... and thats often lower weight classes Well, 210 RAW doesn´t really scare me, i thought it would be much higher ...

    wow, thank you my friend ! 💪 ok, so i´m either in the Master 2 or 3, depending on the league. And it would make sense to compete in the -125KG class. It makes no sense competing in the +125 or 140KG class ...(only if the records are lower ... HAHA 😜) Thanks a lot for this information ...

    No big update here, training going well after my mini break for 10 days. Weights feel easy, knee pain is gone. So far, so good. BW went up a lil up to 131KG :oops: ... I have to be careful not to get too heavy 😅 Shoulders grow steady .. which is a mystery to me since I only train them about 20...

    yes, it´s basically designed for people working at night, or with ADHS or chronic fatigue syndrome, not as a training booster 😜 But i like it ! It´s perfect when you have a busy day ahead of you ... And it´s damn cheap, it´s basically 1€ or less per tablet and Driada´s superb quality ...

    Thanks a lot 💪 I really think about ... i´ll have to resolve some things businesswise first so i can concentrate on that .. we will see ... what are the actual age classes in powerlifting / bench comp ? I´m 50 right now. Weight categories are still the same i guess ? -100 -110 -125 -140 SHW

    Have you tried Modus from Driada ? https://driadashop.to/de/modus-100mg-modafinil I really like it as a stimulant, 200mg are perfect for me ! Wakes you up, mentally and physically. But not so euphoric like Amphetamine for example. Just take it once in the morning and it works the whole day...

    Hey, yes, bench was (and is) always my favourite ! My best bench was about 20 years ago, i did 220KG RAW @ 110KG BW. With a metal shirt i did 250KG, but i didn´t practise much in shirt benchpress. I also did 180KGx8, and 190KGx5 RAW at that time working sets, and included training with rubber...

    sounds good ! you don´t have to stop completly, do some light training for the psyche, get a little pump if you like to, but make sure your body can recover. Going of the stimulants is also a great idea, your body and brain get used to everything ... and soon they don´t work anymore as...

    Take some days off, sounds like you´re overtrained ... And remember, you can´t give 100% every time, also include some lighter days, depending on your feeling. Listen to your body ! Im sure after some rest days you´ll have motivation and focus again (y)
