You’ve made great progress. Honestly, you know that all of this could have been achieved without using PEDs, but you chose to speed up the process. Well, that’s your choice, and no one has the right to judge you for it; you’re an adult.

But still, let me give you some advice – if you’ve gone to the dark side, don’t use such high dosages, it’s too much. 125-180 mg of testosterone and around 20 mg of oxandrolone/ostarine/RAD140 or S23 would suit you.

Although, honestly, if I were you, I would do PCT and maintain that form naturally. You can improve your physique for at least a few more years without using steroids.

Glad to help. Personally, I believe the later you start using steroids, the better — and always with the lowest effective doses.

Unfortunately, my second cycle looked like this: 750 mg of testosterone per week and 40 mg of dbol per day. And on my third cycle, I even added 400 mg of nandrolone. But honestly, with the body composition I had at the time, 250 mg of test and 20 mg of dbol would’ve been more than enough.

I’m really glad you were able to get yourself back on track. I’m sure people who haven’t seen you in a while are genuinely surprised — and that kind of reaction brings a lot of positive energy. Moments like that go a long way in helping you feel good about yourself.
