Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a quick update on my TRT journey and see how others are getting on with theirs.

I’ve been on TRT for about 3 and a half months now. Started at 120mg/week and recently bumped up to 150mg after getting my bloods back – everything came back clean and solid, so felt comfortable making the slight increase under guidance.

Honestly, TRT has been life-changing. I feel like a completely new man.
  • My drive and motivation, especially towards work, have gone way up.
  • Confidence has increased big time – socially and just in general day-to-day stuff.
  • Energy levels are up, mental clarity is better, and overall quality of life feels like it’s on a whole different level.
I know there’s a lot of talk about risks and side effects, and everyone reacts differently, but for me so far the benefits have been overwhelmingly positive. I didn’t realize how much I was running on empty until I started feeling normal again.

Curious to hear from the rest of you –
  • How long have you been on TRT?
  • What dose are you running?
  • How has your experience been overall?
Would be great to get a discussion going and compare notes, especially for anyone considering making adjustments or just starting out.

Hey
What was the reason for your switch to TRT? To be honest, I have never been on TRT - I always use Blast and Cruise, although I have been on 250 mg testosterone for over a year now

Hallo Leute

I started out on prescription T. Cypionate, 200 mg per week. Energy, drive, motivation, confidence,... within 2 weeks everything you mentioned went way up. I thought it was amazing. The doctor recommended I drop to 120 per week so I did that for 4 weeks and felt like most/all improvements went away. After 6 weeks I had blood work done and everything was great so I increased to 150-160 per week. This helped again but I'm not sure it was as significant as when I was on 200.
I had blood work done 6 weeks later and everything was perfect so my doctor advised I stay on this dose. The sweet spot. A balance of safety and efficacy. Now I'm on 150 per week of T. Undeconate. A longer half life with less potential side effects over the long term.
I am 53 yo, so I want to do this another 30 years ;)

I started almost 6 months ago and I have had ZERO negative side effects. I had comprehensive blood work done prior to starting, and 2 more times since then. Everything is in normal ranges and my endocrenologist (MD, PhD) said this dosing is long term sustainable.
Honestly, I'd like to try increasing the dose back to 200 for a while just to find out if it feels like it did when I first started. But for now I'm happy with how I feel and sleep well knowing I'm doing no harm.
