My 5 year transformation.
I was quite overweight in my childhood to early adulthood. I hated all kind of sports. Was depressed and unmotivated for anything.
Some day I went to gym classes and the weight workouts were the best.
Not only for the looks, but feeling the soreness. Feeling myself.
I guess it was like therapy and then my goal was to train harder for that feeling. I liked the look, too. So I wanted to gain more muscle mass.
Age: 33
Weight: from 80kg to 93kg
Goal: although living for a great back workout I want to focus more on growing legs and glutes, don't like the disbalance
