Good move bro — here’s how you should handle this smart and safely.

First thing, drop all the peptides and SARMs for now. Reta, Ipamorelin, CJC and Ostarine add no real value when you’re already on Test.
They just mess with HDL, triglycerides and blood pressure.

Keep it simple.
Stay only on Test and focus completely on getting your blood health and lipids back in range.

Your main goal right now is to lower triglycerides and give your system a few clean weeks to stabilize before touching anything new.

Run a clean health protocol:

Take 4–6 grams of pure fishoil EPA + DHA daily (not just “fish oil caps without real value”).

Add 2–3 grams Taurine per day before bed or pre-workout, but never with caffeine to support your heart and blood vessels.

Use TUDCA 600 mg (five days on, two off) for liver support.

Add NAC 1200 mg daily,
Zinc bisglycinate 25 mg + Copper 2 mg, Magnesium bisglycinate 400–600 mg to keep your electrolytes balanced.
Nattokinase (one capsule daily) to help with blood viscosity

Nutrition:

Increase calories slowly toward ~3000 kcal, adding about 200 kcal per week.

Smaller, frequent meals will help your digestion adapt without bloating or stress.
Keep fats arround 90g per day

In five weeks, get a new, focused blood panel — not huge, just relevant:
  • Liver: ALT, AST, GGT
  • Kidney: Creatinine, eGFR
  • Lipids: HDL, LDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol
  • Hormones: Total T, SHBG, Albumin, sensitive E2
  • Basic blood count: RBC, HCT, HGB, WBC
Once triglycerides drop below 100 mg/dl — ideally under 70 — and your liver, kidney and lipids are back in range, you’ll have a clean baseline.

Then you can decide what’s next based on data, not guessing.

Right now, forget “more compounds.”

Fix your lipids, stabilize your system, and give your body time to normalize.

Vitamin D3 + K2:

Your current dose is too low.

Take 4,000–7,000 IU D3 per day + K2 — that’s the range that actually moves bloodwork and improves inflammation, immunity and hormone function.

BackAcne:
Use a benzoyl-peroxide wash (PanOxyl) or a salicylic-acid wash (CeraVe SA) on your back daily.

Shower after every workout, sleep in clean shirts, change bedding often.

Stable Test levels (ED or EOD injections) will also reduce androgen spikes and improve skin.

My Tryglyceride are normally way better, I didn't make those bloods on an empty stomach tbf. On the blood test before they were 70 even tho way more test. So I am sure they are ok, next bloodwork they'll be fine I take 10grams fishoil thus 3g Epa+dha.
Can I at least keep the peptides? I really like those and blood pressure is good, I can drop the Ostarine.

Thanks for the help🙏

What also makes me more sure my Tryglycerides are good is that Ldl and Hdl got better. I looked it up and if one has eaten before Tryglycerides are not a real marker than, because they can triple.

The main issue isn’t “can I keep peptides”, it’s that you’re on 140 mg test plus multiple compounds (peptides, Ostarine) and then want to “fix” the consequences with telmisartan. Taking a BP med because you want to stay on a big mix of drugs at your age is not a smart baseline.

You should first see how your body reacts to testosterone alone:

I did take 5000IU until this week, because I read it's not good for extended periods of time.

Which markes are most important before I up my test you would say?
Cause I wanted to up it to 250 already, but I am scared because of my skin.

Increase calories slowly toward ~3000 kcal
Don't you think it's a little high on that low of a test dose? I at least want to cut down to ~10-12 %bf, before upping my calories.
In my personal opinion it doesn't make sense to go over 18%bf, because that's unhealthy, looks worse and brings more problems.

Ok I will drop them except Reta, until I reached my goal bf, not because I can't do it without, but the benefits of Reta outweigh it's unwanted effects by far in my opinion.

Also I needed the Telmisartan even at 120mg of test only, because I had a really low baseline test(the reason I started in the first place)
and my family have this issue in general. I think my body needs to get used to more hormones.

Thanks for all the help, have a blessed day.🤜🤛
