After being inactive for months due to a pneumonia that led to surgery, I couldn’t walk at all in the beginning.I literally couldn’t catch my breath after 10 meters of walking.Once I managed to start walking again, I was just trying to open up the lungs and just moving around.Due to inactivity, and shitty diet I gained fat and lost a lot of muscle mass.A few weeks later, I added light weight training and decided to run a short, 8 week cycle (which turned out to be cruise dose later) to speed up recovery and bring myself back to shape, but the doctor said it would take at least a year to get back into shape. Continued cruising after, and still on cruise dose (150mg Test E, HCG 500IU, 0.5 Arimidyn per week)
Now, 3 months later, I’m leaner, and stronger than ever before.

PEDS:
1–4 weeks: TRT,c
– Testos (Testosterone enanthate) – 150 mg/week

4–8 weeks:
– Testos (Testosterone enanthate) – 150 mg/week
– Drostragos (Drostanolone enanthate) – 150 mg/week
– Anavaros (Oxandrolone) – 20 mg/day

Support: NAC, choline, omega-3

Stats:
– Height: 172 cm
– Age: 30
– Weight peak (post-op, water/fat): 92 kg
– Weight during photos: 84 kg

Photos show the difference after just 8 weeks.Lost 8 kg and still got way to go,but proud of this progress.

Bro, that’s really serious. How did it happen that you needed such a major surgery?
I just had my triceps reattached recently, and I’ve been walking around with a splint on my arm for two weeks. Finally getting it off tomorrow.
And honestly, even something relatively minor like this isn’t easy at all. I can’t even imagine what you must have gone through back then or how it felt.

Well, I was just happy to be alive in the end. I had a pleural effusion, basically, my lung was full of fluid, so it couldn’t expand properly. They had to clean up my lungs and drain the fluid. It was a mess.
I had never even heard of a pleural effusion being that bad before, but thankfully everything got better after the surgery.
It took some time, and honestly, it was a bit frustrating. I couldn’t even walk properly because I was constantly out of breath. Compared to your triceps injury, this was a whole different kind of struggle, but I can totally relate to how hard recovery can be, both mentally and physically.
