How to participate



Scoring
Formula: Weight × Reps + (Weight ÷ 10)Example: 25 kg × 12 reps = 300 + 2.5 = 302.5
3 referees check the form (2 out of 3 votes → rep counts)
Rules
- Minimum dumbbell weight: 16 kg
- Video length: max 30 seconds
- Weight and execution must be clearly visible in the frame
- Light bodybuilding-style cheating is allowed, but no excessive back bending, leaning backwards, or bending the knees
