My journey from 61 kg to 95kg

I wanted to share a bit of my journey not just numbers, but what’s behind them.

Back in 2019, I got seriously ill. I ended up in the hospital for six months, and there were moments when it seemed I might not make it out. I lost everything my strength, my body, my confidence. I was literally a skeleton, weighing just 61 kg (134 lbs).

When I got out, I made a promise to myself if I survived, I’d rebuild. No matter how long it took.

For the next few years, I trained 100% natural. Slowly but surely, I fought my way back.
By 2022, I reached 83 kg a solid +22 kg of mass, and most of it clean muscle.

But from there, my progress stalled. I hit the wall — no matter how hard I trained or how clean I ate, I couldn’t break through.

Around mid-2022, I started TRT and eventually moved into a blast & cruise approach.
The changes were significant. My strength, recovery, and body composition all improved but I still avoided dirty bulking. I had mental blocks around gaining fat, so I always tried to stay lean.


In 2024, I came off everything to focus on fertility. My partner and I wanted a baby, so I did a full restart (PCT, HCG, enclo, the works).
My weight dropped back to 86 kg, but my hormones and fertility recovered — and we’re now expecting a child.

Since then, I’ve been back on TRT/blast and feeling better than ever.
I pushed my mental limits, finally let go of the fear of gaining fat, and committed to a proper bulk for the first time last year. And it worked.

Today, I’m sitting at 95 kg, the heaviest I’ve ever been.

I’m not done. This year, I want to break into triple digits. 100 kg has been my dream weight for years.

This journey has been anything but easy. From nearly dying in 2019 to expecting a child in 2025, and from 61 kg to 95+ kg I’ve lived every phase.

If you’re feeling stuck, broken, or like your body’s given up on you don’t lose hope.

Progress takes time. It’s not always pretty, but it’s always possible. And always worth it.
 
Impressive. Actually, sometimes I feel like all my workouts in the gym are kind of pointless based on the results here.
 
When I see results like this, it reminds me that, first, not all steroid users are teenagers buying tren with lunch money (and that gives me hope for a brighter future). Second, I'm glad to see that some people achieve impressive results naturally and only then move to the "dark side".
Very often, when people asked me for advice, I had to send them right back... to their moms.
