RETA 5 mg a settimana divisa in 2 volte.

Quindi mi consigli su come sospendere HGH.??

Hi. Thanks for describing your situation in detail. And yeah, losing that much weight is great. I think your life has changed significantly.

As for wanting to get rid of the discomfort in your joints, the idea is clear, but it’s important to understand how serious the situation is. Have you had any kind of diagnosis or examination of your knees?

Have you noticed any changes in your joints from using growth hormone?

Ciao.

Okay — everything regarding retatrutide is pretty clear. You’ve lost a lot of weight, so there’s no doubt that this peptide is working for you. As for growth hormone, what effect are you expecting from it?

I’m also interested in the diagnostic side of your joint issues. Have you had an MRI or ultrasound, or do you just have some pain and decided to inject something?

Continuare Reta 5 mg a settimana diviso in 2 volte.
GHK-CU 2 mg al giorno.
BPC-157 e TB500 iniziziare con 500 mcg al giorno per 2 settimane. 750 mcg per 2 settimane. Poi iniziare 1 mg al giorno per 8 settimane.
Parere ?
Quando posso riprendere il HGH???

Overall, what you and your trainer have put together can definitely make sense. As for growth hormone, the question is not so much when to start using it again, but why you’re using it in the first place?

If the goal is to improve tissue regeneration to help relieve joint pain, then there’s no real need to stop it. Apparently, he decided to remove it so it would be easier to understand how effective the BPC-157 and TB500 treatment is. But if you’re already using growth hormone, you’ll still notice the effects of the peptides without stopping it.

If your goal is fat loss, then stopping it makes even less sense. Growth hormone will continue to increase lipolysis — the release of fatty acids from fat stores — and with a low-calorie diet due to Reta, those fatty acids could potentially be used as energy.

So I don’t really understand the idea behind stopping it if you’re already using it.

And one important thing when it comes to tissue regeneration is getting enough protein. Without building material, no peptide will work well, including growth hormone. It’s also important to keep in mind that a large calorie deficit itself isn’t very favorable for healing. I’ll explain this in more detail now.

A large and especially prolonged calorie deficit generally creates less favorable conditions for tissue recovery. Healing is an energy-intensive process: it requires energy (ATP, which the body gets from carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) and substrates for protein and collagen synthesis, fibroblast activity, immune response, angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels to the tissues), and tissue remodeling (to arrange collagen fibers into the proper structures). When there is a significant lack of energy, the body starts conserving resources on these processes, and healing becomes worse.

To simplify the whole model, I’ll explain it this way:

Lack of protein and ATP
When there is an overall energy deficit, the AMPK signaling pathway is activated, which tells the body to conserve resources and not build new proteins, especially muscle proteins or connective tissue proteins, because they are not critical at that moment. During such a period, the body needs resources for the brain, breathing, and other essential functions. Roughly speaking, if you find yourself in a desert without food, the body understands that now isn’t the best time to heal injuries and doesn’t spend resources on it.

Enough resources
But when there is enough protein and energy (ATP), another signaling pathway, mTORC1, becomes active. Then the body understands that there are enough resources and they can be used to synthesize new muscle and structural proteins for tendons and so on.

That’s why modern reviews on tendon and ligament rehabilitation recommend avoiding significant energy restriction.
