Gentlemen, it’s time to show who truly has the biggest bazookas!
We’re launching a new competition where size really matters 😉

📅 Timeline
  • Start: August 28
  • Submissions open until: September 3 (inclusive) September 7 (inclusive)
  • Winners announced: September 5 September 8
📸 How to participate
  • Pump your biceps to peak contraction 💪
  • Measure the circumference with a tape
  • Take a photo showing the measurement clearly on the tape
  • In the photo, include a piece of paper with the word “Driada"
  • Attach your photo in the comments
🏆 Prizes
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd place → Discount = your biceps size (%) + 1 vial of test
  • Most Original Photo (3 winners) → 25% discount + 2 vials
  • If you publish your photo but don’t win a prize, you’ll receive a 20% discount coupon ;).
Here it’s not only about size but also about creativity! Think outside the box: unusual angles, funny props, comic book hero or ancient god style, costumes, or anything that makes your photo stand out.

Important: If multiple participants have the same biceps size, they all share the same place and receive the same prize.

I once read in a book that 1 cm on the biceps appears after you gain a certain amount of overall muscle mass, which makes perfect sense. For myself, I’ve figured out a formula: every 3 kg adds about 1 cm. So, I think you’ll need to gain quite a bit of muscle mass to hit 55 cm:cool:
I placed the photo, 57.5 cm… worked hard for it and train biceps / triceps separate from eachother.. so each day, one musclepart.. this goes for my arms as well

Yeah 57,5 is huge, my legs are 63 cm 😅, you earned it.
I will never be able to compete with such Numbers, atleast I made a funny picture 😅.

Partecipating Is always worth it even if you don't result 100% at your potential (I'm really mad about it because I was cutting but next contest I won't be 😈)

I will be lean bulking untill I reach 105KG I won't allow the BF to go above 15% and I will surely be massive this winter you'll all see 🦍

You are young, only 20 !
Crazy what you already achieved !
Take your time, no need to rush !
Try to make solid and stable gains year for year ! So your body can adapt slowly and you stay healthy !
Think about it, where do you want to be in 10,20,30 years ?
Times rushes by, and soon you will be 50 Like me ... HAHA 😜
I still enjoy working out 4-5 times a week, this ist just my lifestyle ! And i'm happy that i can do it without any serious health Problems !
I know many people from the past , that were not so lucky ... Some are not here anymore, some have serious health problems and had to stop training and gear completely, and so on.
One great thing today is that you can get all the Information und education you need, and driada ist spot on with this project !
When i started back in the 90ies, there wasnt even Internet, so most things we did were Trial and Error...
Nowadays you dont have to the make the stupid mistakes we made 😉
Im really glad that Driada launched this Project in this dimension, i'm Sure it will help many Young Iron Warriors to achieve their best Form and stay healthy !

wow, you really trained one day biceps, and the other day trizeps ?

i just do supersets, one bizeps, one trizeps, aso for about 15min twice week 😂 perhaps 8-9

How many sets did you do per workout ? 😳

Have you seen Rich Pianas 8hr arm workout ? remembers me a little bit 😂

I’m 46 years young and fully agree Markus’. Couldn’t said it better myself… take it slow and take care of your health
