What was your goal when starting this product?: My main goals are losing weight, getting leaner, and suppressing my appetite.

How did you use this product?: Every Week / 7 days - evening, 2mg

What changes did you notice while using this product?: Way leaner, 11kg lighter, started at 15% bf.

How soon did you start noticing effects?: After day one, I had basically no appetite for about two months. Now, after three months, my appetite is starting to come back, so I might have to increase the dose.

How did the results compare to your expectations?: Exactly the way I expected

Did you experience any side effects or negative changes?: Slight headaches, stomach pain, one week of severe diarrhea, and extremely poor sleep. However, this could also have been due to an infection. Appetite was very low, and my resting heart rate increased by around 8 BPM.

What was your goal when starting this product?: When I started HGH, I had several goals in mind. Mainly, I took it for muscle gain, fat loss, and improved sleep quality.

How did you use this product?: I am currently taking 6 IU every night before sleep and plan to increase the dose to 8 IU. I started at 2 IU and gradually increased the dose by 1 IU per week. I inject daily and plan to continue the cycle for a total of 8 months.

Did you stack it with other compounds?: Retatrutide

What changes did you notice while using this product?: Enhanced recovery and healing were also important benefits for me, especially because I am on Accutane and my skin is very sensitive. HGH seems to help counteract some of this by supporting tissue healing and improving collagen production.

For fat loss, I have been combining it with retatrutide, and the results so far have been amazing. I am down 11 kg, from 79 kg to 68 kg, and I started at around 15% body fat. The muscle gains are noticeable, but not dramatic. What has impressed me much more is the increase in my strength, especially my explosive strength.

How soon did you start noticing effects?: After 4 Days

How did the results compare to your expectations?: Slightly worse than expected. I expected my sleep to improve a bit more, but that may also be due to my 1,300 kcal daily deficit.

Did you experience any side effects or negative changes?: Mild carpal tunnel symptoms, slight bloating, and around 2 kg of water weight gain.

Overall tolerance: Definetely well, maybe because of my safety stack

Would you recommend this product to others?: People who want to improve their sleep, recovery, healing, and strength. Of course, it can also be very useful when combined with androgens for muscle gain.

Who is this product best suited for?: Everyone. You can’t really go wrong with it, unless you are overdosing.

A bit expensive, but shipping from the EU and discreet packaging are worth it in my opinion. Attached is my safety stack; only the timing of the HGH is incorrect.
