- After several years on TRT and AAS cycles, my goal was to restart my natural testosterone production and support fertility. I specifically chose Enclomiphene to stimulate LH and FSH production, improve sperm parameters, and help restore the HPTA axis after suppression. Fertility and overall hormonal recovery were my main priorities.
- How did you use this product?
- I used Enclomiphene at 25 mg daily. The dosage stayed consistent throughout the protocol.
- Total duration of use
- Approximately 6 months in total.
- Did you stack it with other compounds?
- Yes, I stacked it with HCG as part of a structured fertility and recovery protocol. HCG was used to directly stimulate the testes, while Enclomiphene supported endogenous LH and FSH production for full HPTA

Around month 3, ejaculate volume increased significantly (from ~3.5 ml to ~6 ml).
By month 6, semen analysis confirmed the presence of sperm after previously confirmed azoospermia. Ejaculate volume increased to ~8 ml.
Bloodwork also improved substantially:
Total Testosterone: from 5.2 nmol/L to 19.4 nmol/L
LH: from undetectable (<0.2 IU/L) to 5.2 IU/L
FSH: from undetectable (<0.2 IU/L) to 4.8 IU/L
For someone fully suppressed after long-term TRT and heavy AAS use, this was a complete recovery.
