If its your first cycle then I would recommend starting at 250 e5d. After a few months I would do blood work to see if you are durable on test. Some people get e2 problems on 250 lol. If its looking fine you can work your way up

Start with 1mg and work your way up. I would recommend splitting it up to 2 dosages. Example: 0.5mg on monday and 0.5mg on thursday. If you notice hunger I would recommend slowly going up.
