The PCT protocol is quite universal.
HCG during cycle + tamoxifene after the testosterone/steroids have left the body (mean enough half-life has passed that the effect on the HPTA axis is almost non-existent)
What is not universal is the ability to recover unfortunately.
Each person reacts...
Yes, it's true, but studies show that the body adapts over time. And you will never have the values that 4iu of HGH can give
And the gains made with a high GH + IGF1 are noticeable after 6-8 months of use. It's very moderate.

Great summary ☺️
I'm also a fan of the PPL with variations Push1 push2 etc. It's much more flexible to be able to choose which body part to focus on.
From memory, I think that you don't really track your performance? Or that you don't try to have progression in loads/repetitions week after...
Sorry b
ut TRT is not "the maximum you can tolerate."
It's a medical approach aimed at improving the quality of life for men.
Otherwise, if I agree with you, my TRT is 500mg all year round. That would be stupid.
I do it once a year, especially after a cutting phase. The rest of the time it's lighter and I stick to the basics or as needed.
For this one I should be between €320-€360. It depends on the laboratory prices
I'll never compete. I don't like the idea, I don't have the feeling for it.
I've been training for over 15 years (with some stop for one and two years. Life 🤷🏻). I do it for the love of the process and the effort.
No oral at the end. I don't need it and I absolutely need to be in perfect health...
2300kcal on training days (5 days / w)
190gr Protein
235gr Carb
63gr Fat
The distribution is simple. The bulk of the carbohydrates are around training and then the rest are distributed (5 meals in total).
The food choices are classic. Chicken / lean red meat / broccoli / whey / oats / rice...
Were the measurements taken while using Tamox?
Very happy for you in any case. I hope the PCT period wasn't too difficult.
Think to do an another blood test within 4-6 weeks after stopping Tamox (unless you have already done so). A double check is useful. 🙏🏼
Some progress. Not lean enought but pretty close.
I'm planning a 10w push phase after the cut (still 3 or 4 weeks I don't know exactly yet I don't have a precise date).
I've never tried it, but it seems like it's a good time to add contractile tissue. So, short 10 weeks with a different cycle...

Without bloodwork, no one will be able to tell you which medication to take, note the starting dosage. Do blood test today and you will know 😊.
Go do it to find out before you end up with teenage girl nipples.
And then it also depends on how long you've been doing 300-400mg...

Of course I believe you. I've seen a lot of people like that unfortunately 😅. Some people even with less than 200mg...
Sometimes it is better to adopt another strategy rather than relying solely on AI.
If you want to explore this way you can open a new post in other questions...
If I was able to run 1000mg of testosterone with it I think yes it is legit 😁.
You can use it, take your blood test and smile to see that it works 😋
And others will be able to confirm it too, it won't be just me saying it.
