Starting Stats

  • Age: 40
  • Height: 174 cm
  • Current Weight: 94-95 kg (~9% BF)
  • Goal: Aggressive lean bulk – maximize muscle gain while minimizing fat gain. Long cycle aiming for high anabolic drive, strength increase, and fullness retention.
2. PEDs Protocol

Total Duration: ~24–28 weeks (August to February)

Phase 1: Weeks 1–12 (Foundation & Anabolic Load)
  • Testosterone Enanthate – 500 mg/week
  • Primobolan – 700 mg/week
  • HGH – 7 IU/day
  • IGF-1 LR3 – 50 mcg pre-workout (5x/week)
  • CJC-1295 DAC – 2 mg/week
  • Dihydroberberine – 300 mg x 2/day (with high-carb meals)
  • TUDCA – 900 mg/day
  • Exemestane – 12.5 mg EOD (adjusted by bloodwork)

Phase 2: Weeks 13–24 (Push Phase – Maximum Anabolic Drive)
  • Testosterone – 600 mg/week
  • MENT Acetate – from 10 to 20 mg/day
  • Superdrol (maybe) – 20 mg pre-workout (3x/week)
  • Insulin (Rapid-acting-maybe) – 5–8 IU pre- and post-workout (on high-carb days)
  • HGH – 7 IU/day
  • IGF-1 LR3 – 50 mcg pre-workout (5x/week)
  • Berberine or Dihydroberberine – 300–500 mg with carb meals
  • T3 – 10 mcg/day
  • T4 – 62.5 mcg/day
  • Exemestane or Aromasin – Adjust as needed

May rotate in Turinabol (40–60 mg ED) or Oxandrolone depending on tolerance & markers mid-cycle.


3. Training & Nutrition


Training Split:

  • 6-day push/pull/legs rotation
  • Heavy compound focus + hypertrophy volume
  • 30 min fasted cardio daily 4 AM TEAM BABY!!! (kept in off-season for BP and lipid health)


Nutrition:

  • Starting at ~4400–4600 kcal/day, ramping up to ~6000+ kcal by peak bulk
  • Carb cycling on training/off days
  • Macronutrients: ~2.2–2.4g protein/kg, high carbs (>500g), fats ~20–25%
  • Pre/Intra/Post protocol:
    • Pre: 20g dextrose + 8g citrulline
    • Intra: 25g clear whey + 20g dextrose + 8g creatine + 5g glutamine
    • Post: 100g carb mix (dextrose/isomaltulose/dextrin) + 60g whey

Supplements: Full health stack including TUDCA, NAC, Omega-3, Ultra B-Complex, r-ALA, astragalus, Cystone, etc.

4. Progress & Notes (To be updated mid-cycle)

  • Expected Weight Goal: ~115 to 120 kg by end of cycle, staying under 14% BF
  • Monitoring: Bloodwork every 6–8 weeks, BP daily, glucose monitoring
  • Notes: Focus on staying insulin sensitive, lipid control, and CNS recovery
  • Adjustments: Will titrate or rotate orals based on labs, GI tolerance, and progression

My shape is like shit now because I have pause without trainings because of injury. I will have surgery tomorrow. And my main goal always is martial arts and powerlifting
