Hi All,
While I wait for my Semaglutide to be delivered in my rural part of the world, I am working out daily. I do a mixture of pure HIIT and Weights/Strength every day, meaning one day HIIT, next day weights, then back again.
Is there any difference? I'm on day 19 now.
Why is nothing happening? My muscles are harder, but doesn't appear to be any fat loss whatsoever.
Am I blind or something, or am I right?
What else should I be doing while I wait for Semaglutide to enter the chat?
