Training


High-volume hybrid between hypertrophy and strength training.
5 sessions per week
Main lifts tracked: bench press, squat, deadlift.

But to really give solid feedback, it’d help a lot to know more details about your background.


How long have you been training consistently? What’s your current body composition? lean, soft, somewhere in between? And if possible, share some pictures or lifting numbers, because those details completely change the context of how a 700 test, 500 tren, and two orals cycle plays out. Right now it reads like a full contest prep or short-term blast, not a standard clean bulk.

From a surface look, your diet seems excellent. Four thousand seven hundred calories with solid macro balance and whole-food focus looks perfect for growth. Carbs are high enough to support that heavy load, and protein is right on point. Just make sure digestion and sleep stay good, because with Tren, Dbol, and Winstrol in the mix, systemic stress can sneak up fast.

My first impression is that the structure is logical, but the total androgen load is extremely high for a clean bulk. You could get almost the same results with half those doses and far fewer risks. Before pushing that far, get full bloods done and document everything: pictures, lifts, even mood or sleep notes. It’ll help you and anyone trying to help you see whether this setup is actually optimal or just excessive for your current state.

I’ve been training consistently for about 4 years, and I compete in the NPC in the Men’s Bodybuilding category. So this isn’t my first exposure to PEDs — I’ve had previous runs with lower dosages, but this is definitely my heaviest stack so far.


Current body composition is fairly lean, around 10–11% BF, abs visible year-round. The goal with this cycle isn’t a long-term cruise or contest prep, but more of a short, high-intensity clean bulk — to push past a plateau before tapering down and assessing response.


I’ll be getting mid-cycle bloods done and tracking digestion, sleep, and recovery closely. I’ve handled Tren well in the past at moderate doses, and I’m paying attention to markers like appetite and BP this time around too.
