Hello friends of strength sports & Bodybuilding,

this my current cycle after training for about 35 years and 50 years of age.
I tried a lot in my life, using PED´s since 1998.
In older times when i was younger, i usually did cycles for 10-12 weeks, and then had a complete break for about 3-4 month.
Since i´m older , i´m using just a little, but all year round.

My current stack is :

50mg DHEA every Morning.

3 IU HGH every evening.

150 mg TEST (cypionate or enanthat or mix, doesn´t matter) 2 times a week (Mo & Do)

about 75 mg Drostanolone Enanthat 2 times a week (Mo & Do)


that´s it.

Feeling good and keeps me strong !

Some times i´ll add some Peptides like GHK-cu, Epitalon, MOTS-C, IGF 1 LR3, TB 500 and BPC 157 for a short period of time.

I feel somewhat identified.... I started in '97 with basic cycles of 8/12 weeks (typical 250 of Testoviron, 50/100 of Deca, and X pills of Winstrol), which was what you could buy at any pharmacy in Spain without problems.

After two weeks for the life of the AAS in the blood to end, post-cycle of 2 weeks or 3.... So 2 or 3 times a year for several years..... And when the internet started and forums appeared... We all learnt, and not always for the better. We really liked mixing 4 or 5 substances, and that made it impossible to control where the unwanted effects were coming from... But we are still strong and alive, Hahahaha!!!!

since i am 50 now, my main goal is to stay happy & strong in my older days !

i don´t want much more muscle mass (or at least not much :LOL:), i wanna feel good , strong and be able to keep working out for the rest of my life !

You are right, basically it´s a TRT+, i need something with low side effects which keeps me motivated and strong, and also in a good psychological mood. Some years ago I had a break for about a year and stopped with everything, but i was not happy. My strenght, motivation, bodyweight decreased, my bodyfat increased, my mood was very bad ... i had no fun at the gym

So i decided to start PEDs again, in a quite healthy way. TEST, HGH and DHEA are really good products for older athletes (men in general) , since your natural levels drop every year quite a bit.

I take just the amount to feel good and have power, that´it. Luckily i never needed crazy amounts of gear to get good results, so i keep it that way. You have to find your personal sweet spot between good effects and side effects.

I'm lowering my BF percentage to start using Testosterone... I haven't trained in over 5 years, and my BF was high... As soon as I get it down, I'll start Testosterone, and I haven't decided how I'll use it yet? 14/16 week cycles, TRT, TRT+/TRT++...

yes, i run this all year round now since i am older.

What do you want to achieve ? How often do you plan to train ? Whats your age ? I guess something similar to mine when you started 97´

You can start with a low dose of Testo (250 mg per week or so), and 3 IU HGH per day and see how you respond ...

This is a typical TRT dose that you can run for years without doing harm to your body ...

Take your time, have 3-5 good workouts a week , eat clean and see how your body reacts.

You can always increase the dose and add other products in future

No workouts, just mountain hiking and swimming :cool:💦

Sometimes it´s not bad to take a week off and then start fresh again !

The only gear i took with me is HGH and DHEA. (edit : I forgot to mention MT2 and Modus (Modafinil) from Driada, for some tan and long action days 😜)

Guess i will loose some KG, which isn´t bad for me 😂

Hello friends of strength sports & Bodybuilding,

my holidays are over, today was the first day in the gym.
Yesterday I had a small dose of 150 mg TEST cypionate and 75 mg Drostanolone Enanthat after a small holiday break of PEDs and training for 10 days.
Didn´t loose any weight at all, my body is so used to my actual weight that it´s takes much longer till i loose weight.
Did a light legs / calves / chest split to tune in. Tommorrow is back and shoulders days.
The training went fine, i noticed that my knee pain after a leg workout is a lot reduced !
So, all fine, as i was expecting !

For now i will continue with my old routine, hitting the gym 4 x times a week, and have 1 additional arms day with dumbbells
at home at the weekend.
This is enough for an old man . HAHA 😜 💪
 
No big update here, training going well after my mini break for 10 days.
Weights feel easy, knee pain is gone.
So far, so good.
BW went up a lil up to 131KG :oops: ... I have to be careful not to get too heavy 😅
Shoulders grow steady .. which is a mystery to me since I only train them about 20 mins per week ... but this is my genetics. Shoulders, neck and chest are my best bodyparts. My neck circumference has also grown over time and is 53cm now. Quite difficult to find shirts that fit 😂

My 2 testing products just arrived today and i will try them out soon this week, changing my cycle a little bit.

I will keep posting here and start a thread in the PEDs Test Reports.

Since i respond very well to PED´s and never needed high dosages, I have started a mini cycle yesterday using the following products :

For most people it might be on the low side, but i am sure i will gain some benefits from it 💪

50mg DHEA every Morning.
3 IU Somatropin HGH liquid every evening.
250 mg Cypilos (Testosterone Cypionate) 2 times a week - 500mg total
100 mg Dihydroboldos (Dihydroboldenone Cypionate) 2 times a week - 200mg total

Additional on training days in the morning :

50 mcg IGF-1 LR3
1 IU Somatropin HGH liquid (for the synergistic effect)
1 -2 Modus 100mg as a lil booster

The goal ist to add some dry mass, strenght and to get the bodyfat a little bit down. Improving the motivation and the overall condition without being to agressive.

Yes, really 😂 That was on the scale Yesterday 😅...
I´m about 178 cm ...
As I need no more mass, my goal ist to get more quality & bodyfat down a little ... My final goal is the fight against age 😂, to keep a muscular physique as long as possible. And to have fun working out of course !
As i got older my weight slowly increased over time ... 20 years ago i was about 110KG
It wouldn´t be bad to loose some KG´s, i´m planning that for the future ... I think 120KG would be the sweet spot for me ... i had this weight for years ...
I´m curious how the DHB will work ... i never tried that compound before !
I´ll keep you updated here !

Just had my second shot (100mg) DHB yesterday evening with 250mg Testo Cypionate.
Slept quite badly, i was awake 3 times or so ... I don´t know if it was because of the injection, but for now on i will take it in the morning.
The DHB hurts a little the days after injection, but that´s quite common for what i read ...
But nevertheless, training was awesome this morning, although I was quite tired when i entered the gym.
Hit some higher weights than usual, and the pump was great !
Did Legs & calves at the end , killed them with 12 sets using the whole stack for the first time.
I think i already feel the DHB and the higher Test dose as well... will be some funny weeks :cool: 💪
For now on, my wife gives me the injections in my butt, i don´t wanna put 4ml per week in my shoulders ...

Keep on pumping Iron Warriors !
 
Workout today : chest & arms, like every tuesday 😜

Had my first shot IGF-1 LR3 today morning, about 1,5 hrs before training.
I only take 50mcg on training days, so a bottle will last me 20 workouts.
I know this peptide from before and I really like it !
I´ll get a great pump and a good "muscle feeling" ... hard to describe it, but it feels awesome !

Today i also started "classic" flat & steep benchpressing again .. since i had to switch gym 2,5 years ago (my old one closed) , i was on the lazy side and only did various hammer strength chest machines and no free weights for chest at all 🙄🤫
I started easy to get a feeling for the exercise again, and did 5 sets with 110KG for 12,12,10,10,8 reps.
Feeling quite good, could have done more for sure, but i´ll keep that for later. Starting with high reps to build a base , then rise the weight and lower the reps over the next weeks. Plan to go down to 5-6 reps like i always did. Then 4 sets on the inclined bench with 100KG for 8 reps.
The pump was awesome, i defenitely feel the higher Test dose and the DHB kicking in 💪
Still sleeping a bit badly, i think it´s the DHB, but I hope I get used to it soon ... Maybe I'll extend the next interval from 3 to 5 days to give my body time to adapt ...

Had another back and shoulders workout this week ...
Man, the DHB and the higher Testo with the IGF1 continues kicking in !
Strenght, motivation and fun are top !
The weights are feeling light and i really enjoy working out !
Bodyweight is also rising, i started to reduce calories since 2 days ... though i´m curious if i could hit 140 KG anytime soon.
But I guess that wouldn´t be good for my health in any way , so i won´t do it ... i´ll try to stay around 130 and improve quality instead.

I also reduced my last pin to 0,8 ml Testo and 0,7 ml DHB (intead of 1ml+1ml) . I think this will be enough for me twice a week

Had 2 more workouts, and I can definitley feel the higher dose Testo and DHB (with 3IU HGH and 50mcg IGF-1)
Strenght increases and training feels great !
Motivation is also great, It's fun again like it was in the beginning when you increase the weights from workout to workout 💪 :cool:
I´m still reducing calories, don´t want to gain too much weight ...
My wife said she noticed improvements in the visual impression too 😅

What I want to ask when it goes to Single Ply Bench shirts. Which one(s) you've used and try out? Also the Inzer ones? Rage X, Bolt etc ?

Yes ...

At first I used an old Crain Benchshirt, then a Metal Pro Bencher ...
That already had an open back and Velcro fasteners on the backside to get in easy.
It was quite thick and strong, i needed about 220KG to touch the chest ...
Never tried another product yet ...
