Main Compounds:
1. Starting Stats
- Age: 20
- Height: 180 cm
- Starting Weight: 87.5 kg
- Estimated BF: 12%
- Goal: Recomp / Slight Lean Bulk
- PED Experience: Second cycle
2. PED Protocol
Total Duration: 18 weeksMain Compounds:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 125 mg twice per week
- Masteron Propionate: 50 mg five times per week
- Switch to Testosterone Cypionate (same dosage)
- DMAA: pre-workout (cycled, but i really enjoy it and doesn't give me any side effect)
- Yohimbine HCL: fasted cardio only
- Arimidex: 0.5 mg every other day
- hCG: 500 IU twice per week
3. Training & Nutrition
Training Split:- Style: Arnold Split (i recently discovered it and i love it for volume)
- Frequency: 6 sessions/week
- Cardio: minimum 3x/week (mix of LISS/HIIT )
- Starting Calories: 2600 kcal
- Progression: +100 kcal every 3 days, up to 3500 kcal max
- Macros:
- 15% Fats
- 35% Protein
- 50% Carbs
- NAC: 600 mg/day
- Omega-3: 3 g/day
- Creatine blend (HCL, Pyruvate, Malate, Nitrate): 5 g/day
- Melatonin: 5 mg before bed
