I will write about one of the cutting cycles. I won’t describe everything, and the exact cycle details are omitted for safety reasons. This is not for beginners. After 2 years of natural preparation before pharmacology, I achieved this kind of shape.

Every day cardio work: 45 minutes at a heart rate of 125–130 bpm + 15 minutes after training + posing after training for 30–45 minutes.

Great progress! The only thing that bothers me is the dosage of T3 and T4 😁. But the result is pretty cool 😉😎
