Weekly Intake List:
I will write about one of the cutting cycles. I won’t describe everything, and the exact cycle details are omitted for safety reasons. This is not for beginners. After 2 years of natural preparation before pharmacology, I achieved this kind of shape.
Also, a nutrition supplement plan:
Macros (Protein-Carbs-Fats)
Mon, Tue: 250-100-150
Wed, Thu: 300-100-100
Friday: 200-100-300 (plus 300 loading)
Sat, Sun: 300-100-50
Every day cardio work: 45 minutes at a heart rate of 125–130 bpm + 15 minutes after training + posing after training for 30–45 minutes.
