As the title says, I'll discuss injection spots.
  1. Glutes - probably most known, biggest drawbacks are that it's hard to reach and has quite some fat over it, so a long needle is required. Can hold (allegedly) up to 5ccs.
  2. (Side) delts - also very common, easy to reach, not too much fat, but limited range of motion from the PIP is annoying. Also holds alot of volume, but if it gets infected, the damage will be always visible. Also long term use and the accumulation of scar tissue seems to lessen the striations.
  3. Lats - not too common, relatively easy to reach and can hold good volume. Bad injections can look really bad though.
  4. Ventroglutes - in my opinion the most underrated spot. Not too hard to reach, little fat over it, very little PIP and recovers quite fast.
  5. Pecs - easy to reach but painful to inject. Atleast for me personally, they always get knotted up. Also the loss of striations from the scar tissue accumulation is unideal in the realm of bodybuilding.
  6. Front and rear delts - can hold up to 3ccs, if you have them big enough.
  7. Biceps, triceps - no. Just no.
  8. Traps - very dangerous because of the nerves.
  9. Quads - easy to reach, not too much fat but allegedly very sensitive, easy to infect and very bad PIP. Also high possibility of hitting the nerves.
This is just my thinking on injection sites. If I got anything wrong and shared a bunch of baseless broscience, please correct me, this is the purpose of the forum after all.

Love triceps (long and short). No annoying pip for me and less than quad.

For safety reasons, I honestly don't inject more than 1ml per spot. I've seen too many people encapsulate oil in the muscle (then infection without pain) for injections beyond 2ml.

Glutes, Quads, Shoulders and after a while I strated with lat but I dont go higher than 1ml per injection.

Also I can recommend that webpage for checking spots and how to do it:

spotinjections .com

I only inject oil-based injections into my glutes, and up to 5 ml without any problems. But I try to spread them out so I don't exceed 3 ml.

I always use a 0.6 x 25 mm needle (pediatric).

For aqueous injections, use a 0.5 x 16 mm needle in the deltoids (insulin syringe).
