Today's workout: legs
As always the body follows wherever the mind pushes, I trained in a different style today by focusing more on volume training and I have to say, I had a pretty damn juicy pump in my legs, unfortunately i felt a bit of back pain during the end of the workout and that's a signal that I really need a deload weak if not a complete rest week, my body it's constantly sending me signals to stop and I push through no matter what so from Monday I will only do full body high volume low intensity workouts for 3 times a week to reset everything in my body 💪🏻
As for the cycle I've just completed the 18th week of Masteron+Test cycle and I can say even tho I was cutting I gained some lean mass (probably around 2kg) but the difference in BF is quite impressive, I felt dry and lean all during this cycle, now I will finish the Anavaros cycle and then I'll have the ultimate recomp cycle which will surprise you I promise ✌🏻💯🔥

I'm getting dry AF now
As you know I've interrupted my test+mast cycle going only anavar for the next 2 weeks than a PCT, this is the first test day and I'm already feeling dryer and leaner maybe because I upped the cardio (from 1H to 2H during rest days) anyways I'll keep updating you on how it is going and the sides of running Anavaros without testosterone if there are any 🔥💯

End of the cut
Alright people we've come to the end of the shredding program and I honestly felt amazing during this preparation, not really good at the end but at least I've done it 😎
Now it's time to get serious gains and push into the gym with my workouts and I will be updating Monday the full cycle I'm about to start for this lean bulk 🦍💪🏻

I don't have glute striations that's too far for my age, I've gotten a lot veins everywhere which was what I wanted to reach 🙌🏼
 
Day 12: back day (I start here logging the off-season cycle)
This program is showing already great results, I look a lot bigger and fuller which is what I aim for, pumps are really great even without Cialis and just 1 scoop of insane veinz 🦍
Overall I feel more confident with my body and with this style of training and I'm becoming always more comfortable with the fact that during the off-season I can't look peeled, but that doesn't bother me because I already planned an cutting cycle as soon as this ends so this temporary water and fat gain will be flushed out in matter of weeks and I will look my best before Christmas 💪🏻

Day 13: shoulders&abs
Let me tell you one thing...
the pump was unreal.
I walked into the gym feeling solid, took my usual insane veinz 1 light scoop. Every rep felt locked in, every contraction dialed to perfection. Delts were popping, veins were lit, and that mirror check between sets? Confidence through the roof.
This is exactly why I love this phase. The combination of clean compounds, structured training, and consistent recovery is starting to show. That feeling when your physique responds exactly how you want it to.
I’m adding volume slowly both in the gym and food, keeping intensity high, and only eating real food. If today’s session is any indication, we’re just getting started.

Day 14: arms&calves
From the first set, I felt locked in. Biceps were swelling, triceps were firing, and calves were popping with every rep. There’s something about arm day that hits different during this cycle vascularity is up, muscle density is sharper, and the connection is just there.
I kept the tempo controlled, focused on full contractions and clean form. The pump lasted a bit after the session, and I walked out of the gym feeling like I got on another layer of progress.
Calves got their job too no shortcuts. Volume’s climbing steadily, and I’m handling it better each week. Recovery feels tight, and the feedback from my body is all green lights.

Day 15: hamstrings and lower back
Hamstrings and lower back today. Man, I felt strong. Like, really strong.
Every weight moved smooth, pump was crazy, and I walked out feeling swole as hell. That deep burn in the hams and the tightness in the lower back? Felt earned. I’m starting to feel like my body’s responding exactly how I want it to.
Focus was there, energy was high, and I’m seeing the changes already.
Cycle’s doing its job. I’m doing mine. Let’s keep going.

DAY 16: CHEST&ABS
Today I felt really confident at the gym, took my 1 scoop of insane veinz and went straight to the gym.
Warmups felt lighter than usual, so I decided to go heavy today and I hit my dumbell bench press or without a spotter, I did 50Kg for 8 reps 2" negatives, what?!
I never imagined myself touching that weight and now it feels normal to push that amount of weight, by the way the scale is going up, I'm accumulating a little water which is to be excited since I'm eating a lot of carbohydrates, but no significant fat gain for now, side effects are under control and one honorable mention is that I'm sleeping like a baby even tho I'm taking trenbolone, how is that possible that I'm sleeping better?!

Day 17: quads
Oh my God I love training legs, I had an amazing pump and strength today, hit some new weights with more reps than the last week and had an overall really productive gym session.
This cycle is giving me exactly what I need to support this mass phase, the drive to push my body and the metabolism boost are all coming through and I feel them.
