Hi everyone,
The end of October 2026 was a busy time in the world of cybersecurity.
First came the big Binance hack, which we wrote about earlier. Then PlayStation users started reporting suspicious activity on their accounts, serious vulnerabilities were found in PHP, and one of Sony's services leaked customer data. It even got to the point where hackers were attacking the refrigeration systems in supermarkets across Europe.
Unfortunately, this wave of attacks did not pass us by. We want to be open with you: our website was under attack too. We can't rule out that some customer data may have been compromised.
As we've said before, we store only the minimum amount of personal information needed to process orders. That means things like email addresses and delivery details.
We do not store card numbers or any other sensitive payment information on our site.
We've conducted a full audit of our infrastructure, fixed the possible vulnerabilities, reinforced the cybersecurity measures we already had, and added extra controls to prevent this happening again.
The main thing we ask of you: stay alert to any suspicious emails and messages you may receive, with someone pretending to be our support team or any of Driada team.
Don't click on suspicious links, don't share your passwords, and don't make any payments based on instructions from messages you can't verify.
We're continuing to monitor our infrastructure in order to provide secure service for our customers.
We believe it's important to talk openly about incidents like this, even when it's our own platform that was affected.
