Hey guys, this is my first post on this forum.

I would like to get some advice on my next bulking cycle, main point would be getting more size of course, strenght is a given but not really my main focus. I have done a lot of stupid shit in the past with PED's and I was hoping to get some advice to avoid fucking up again. For reference, I'm a male, 28 years old, 185cm tall, currently weighing 79kg since I'm at the end of a cut, around 11-12% bf, (Used Reta to cut down from 93kg, I really recommend it). If you need any more details about anything relevant, please let me know, and I'll gladly answer.

During all my cut I was "cruising" on 250mg test e / week.

So for my bulking cycle, I was thinking about these compounds:

Test E: Between 500 and 750mg / week.
HGH: 6IU daily, taken just before bed (I'm also interested in HGH secretagogues but honestly I'm not sure how effective they are, so opinions on this would be really helpful, mostly because of HGH pricing lol).
Anavar: 20mg daily, maybe tritate up to 40-60mg, depending on side effects, since I haven't used this compound before.
IGF-1 LR3: 10mcg daily, maybe tritate up to a maximum of 100mcg, same situation as anavar.
MK-677: 10mg daily. This one might seem like an overkill or innecessary, however I really like the increased apetite effect, since sometimes I have trouble eating a lot during a bulk, so that would def help, plus the better sleep.

In regards of planning and duration, im thinking about 6-8 months, however I haven't really started planning it yet (I know im not supposed to use all the compounds at once, but if you have any advice on how to structure it, would be really appreciated).
Those are all the compounds im currently planning on using, id like to hear your opinion on the cycle overall, if you would change anything, if im being stupid, etc.

Bro, before getting into your cycle, I need to be blunt. You gave the basics, but not the real details that actually let someone guide you properly. I know your height, weight, and that you cut down with Reta, but I have no idea how long you’ve trained, what you lift, how your diet looks when you bulk, how your body reacts to PEDs, or what your bloods have looked like on and off cycle.

That stuff matters way more than adding another compound. Right now you’re asking for a Ferrari tune without showing the engine.

Now… about the cycle you wrote.

Test at 500–750 mg is already more than enough for your size. You’re 79 kg after a cut, man. You’re primed to grow at 400–500 mg easily. Jumping to 750 mg this early usually just means more sides, more aromatization, and not much more muscle. Save the higher ranges for when you’re actually pushing bodyweight into the high 90s or beyond and need that leverage.

HGH at 6 IU… fine, but don’t pin it before bed unless you enjoy killing your natural GH pulses and waking up groggy. Most lifters pin upon waking or pre-training. Secretagogues? Nice idea in theory, but none of them replace real GH. MK helps appetite, but it comes with water retention and lethargy. Just be aware.

Anavar in a long bulk doesn’t make much sense unless you only want strength, pumps, and harder look for a few weeks. It’s not a mass drug. Not worth running for 6–8 months.

IGF-1 LR3… this is where things really go sideways. LR3 is powerful, but tricky. Not something you just “add” to a long bulk without knowing how your body reacts to GH, food timing, hypoglycemia, etc. If you insist on using it, keep it simple and low, a few times per week pre-training, not daily mega doses.

MK-677 at 10 mg is fine if you need help eating. But don’t treat it like candy. It pushes water and glucose up, and some people feel like zombies on it.

Here’s the real issue (from my view):

You’re stacking too many things that overlap. GH raises IGF. MK raises GH. LR3 is IGF. Anavar doesn’t help appetite. You end up paying a lot for things that don’t give you more muscle in the long run.

A clean bulk for someone at your stage can be ridiculously simple and insanely productive:

Test 400–500 mg
GH 3–4 IU
MK only if you struggle with food
Primo or NPP if you want a smoother progression
Save orals for the end if you want a little polish

That’s it. Eat big. Train heavy. Sleep. Grow.

You don’t need a lab experiment.

But before building the cycle properly, I’d really prefer you show your actual situation, at least your training split, calorie intake, macro breakdown, strength levels, and even a couple of physique shots. You don’t have to do it publicly if you don’t want to, but without that info, any recommendation is half-blind.

You’ve got a ton of potential, and you’re clearly motivated. Just don’t try to “do everything at once.” Bulking is about patience and consistency, not how many compounds you can fit into one protocol.

Drop the details when you can and we’ll build something that actually fits you.
