Yeah but without cardio I feel like I'm staying at the same point and not losing fat so this is more mental than physical 🙌🏼
And cardio can really prevent you from losing fat in the long run.

The mind / mental thing is the worst enemy of progress

Yeah but I can't do anything about it at the moment, if I don't feel productive I might cheat or go off my diet and lose progress so this is my only solution

Today I felt as average as you can feel, not great not awful, just went to the gym after taking 10mg of Anavaros and Cialyn, had a decent pump but I felt lightheaded all the time, I think I might have to take a rest week because I'm frequently feeling like this, lightheaded and not focused (and for sure I'll take a week of stimulants too, except yohimbine for fasted cardio)
I hope with this rest week I'm going to make noticeable progress because I'm really nervous it might screw up my plans, but if it's what I gotta do I'll do it

Take some days off, sounds like you´re overtrained ...

And remember, you can´t give 100% every time, also include some lighter days, depending on your feeling.

Listen to your body ! Im sure after some rest days you´ll have motivation and focus again (y)

I'm planning right now a 5 day complete reset for stims and training, I will include some light abs and arms workout with resistance bands but nothing too heavy, I think this might be the way to go

you don´t have to stop completly, do some light training for the psyche, get a little pump if you like to, but make sure your body can recover.

Going of the stimulants is also a great idea, your body and brain get used to everything ... and soon they don´t work anymore as intended ...

it´s the same with everything , drugs, PED´s, alcohol, stimulants . But instead of doubling the dose its better to go of for some time.

Of course, It will feel boring and without energy, but when you start again after some time it will work fine again.

Try to make some kind of cycle with that.

I will consider taking only 100mg of caffeine a day max during those rest days and really focusing on replenishing the body with the energy it's missing, I don't mean going out of the cut, but I mean that I won't be starving myself during this period 💯
 
Whats your final goal with that cycle and do you increase the PED's also in a bläst or so?
I'm currently maintaining 250mg of testosterone,350mg of drostanolone propionate weekly, and 40mg oxandrolone and 10mg cardarine daily. When I'll get to the final four weeks of the cutting diet, I will blast a mini cycle

I really like it as a stimulant, 200mg are perfect for me ! Wakes you up, mentally and physically. But not so euphoric like Amphetamine for example. Just take it once in the morning and it works the whole day.

But it´s the same as with everything else, when you take it to frequently, you´ll get used to the effect ... So i always take some days off between ...

hmmm, honestly i like it more than those hardcore boosters with DMMA and the other stuff.
I tried them, and was not feeling perfect, sweating, trembling, high blood pressure ... and so on.
Modafinal works more subtle, more like Ritalin or Amphetamine, but without the euphoric effect, and the the desire to take more.
Just take 100-300mg in the morning and forget about it ... you will stay awake and clear the whole day.
It also works fine when you have to study a lot, before exams, etc.
Give it a try when it´s available again, i like it a lot, but i guess it also depends on personal preferences

Never actually tried it before because of the long half-life and essentially zero fat burning properties, if it's really that good I will give it a try in the future 💪🏻

yes, it´s basically designed for people working at night, or with ADHS or chronic fatigue syndrome, not as a training booster 😜

But i like it ! It´s perfect when you have a busy day ahead of you ...

And it´s damn cheap, it´s basically 1€ or less per tablet and Driada´s superb quality ! That´s less than an energy drink ...

Mostly i take it in the morning because of the long half life, or at night when you go out for party at the weekend 😜
 
Today's workout: legs
Yesterday I took a day off and I wanted to see how much that would've improve my next workout session... And the results are impressive, I managed to get through my workout focused and with a mind blowing mind muscle connection, I think I might review my training split to fit in at least 2 rest days in my week because it seems to work really well for my muscle growth and focus

2 rest days sounds perfect for your age ,PED´s and training system !

Today's workout: shoulders&arms (w calves work)
I'm seeing now how difficult it is to stay in a caloric deficit, I definitely feel sluggish during the day and I just don't wanna do anything, but my mind pushes me through this struggle every time and I surprise myself by how much I'm capable of achieving 🧠
Btw the muscle definition is really coming out now and I see more striations and vascularity which is expected with the compounds I'm currently using, I'd be really happy if I inspire some of you to lose fat, so please if you decide to go on a diet because of me let me know and I'll drop some tips just for you✌🏻🦍
