SHREDDAGEDDON CYCLE

Today's workout: legs
As always the body follows wherever the mind pushes, I trained in a different style today by focusing more on volume training and I have to say, I had a pretty damn juicy pump in my legs, unfortunately i felt a bit of back pain during the end of the workout and that's a signal that I really need a deload weak if not a complete rest week, my body it's constantly sending me signals to stop and I push through no matter what so from Monday I will only do full body high volume low intensity workouts for 3 times a week to reset everything in my body 💪🏻
As for the cycle I've just completed the 18th week of Masteron+Test cycle and I can say even tho I was cutting I gained some lean mass (probably around 2kg) but the difference in BF is quite impressive, I felt dry and lean all during this cycle, now I will finish the Anavaros cycle and then I'll have the ultimate recomp cycle which will surprise you I promise ✌🏻💯🔥

I'm getting dry AF now
As you know I've interrupted my test+mast cycle going only anavar for the next 2 weeks than a PCT, this is the first test day and I'm already feeling dryer and leaner maybe because I upped the cardio (from 1H to 2H during rest days) anyways I'll keep updating you on how it is going and the sides of running Anavaros without testosterone if there are any 🔥💯
