Today's workout: legs
As always the body follows wherever the mind pushes, I trained in a different style today by focusing more on volume training and I have to say, I had a pretty damn juicy pump in my legs, unfortunately i felt a bit of back pain during the end of the workout and that's a signal that I really need a deload weak if not a complete rest week, my body it's constantly sending me signals to stop and I push through no matter what so from Monday I will only do full body high volume low intensity workouts for 3 times a week to reset everything in my body
As for the cycle I've just completed the 18th week of Masteron+Test cycle and I can say even tho I was cutting I gained some lean mass (probably around 2kg) but the difference in BF is quite impressive, I felt dry and lean all during this cycle, now I will finish the Anavaros cycle and then I'll have the ultimate recomp cycle which will surprise you I promise
