People come to us with very different levels of experience and goals. You don't need to know in advance which specific protocol or solution you need. You can come to us with a goal, a specific question, or even a situation where you're not yet sure what to do next.

If You Haven't Decided Whether to Use PEDs

If you're just beginning to explore PEDs, we'll help you understand the basic principles, assess your current situation, and determine whether pharmacology is actually necessary to achieve your goal. If a more sensible option at this stage would be to make changes to your training, nutrition, recovery, or other aspects, we'll tell you that too. We do not develop PED protocols for minors or recommend that they use PEDs.

Developing a New Protocol

If you're considering a new protocol, we'll first look at your goal, previous experience, current condition, and other factors that may affect the outcome. We'll then help you develop a strategy, understand the role of each component, consider possible alternatives and risks, and identify what needs to be monitored throughout the process.

Reviewing and Adjusting Your Current Protocol

If you're already following a protocol, you don't necessarily need to start from scratch. We can review your current strategy together: what's working and worth keeping, what could be improved, what's missing, and what may be adding unnecessary complexity or unjustified risk. This approach is also suitable for people with intermediate or extensive experience who want an additional perspective on an established strategy.

Athletic Performance and Body Composition

You can come to us if your goal involves building muscle, reducing body fat, improving body composition, enhancing recovery, or improving athletic performance. We'll look beyond the pharmacological aspects and consider other factors that may be limiting your results, including nutrition, training, recovery, sleep, and your overall condition.

Weight Loss

If your main goal is weight loss, we'll help you understand the available approaches and develop a structured strategy: from assessing your starting point and setting an initial realistic goal to tracking progress and maintaining the weight you've achieved. If obesity, underlying medical conditions, or a situation requiring medical diagnosis and treatment is involved, we'll also clarify which issues should be discussed with a doctor.

TRT, Activity, and Quality of Life

If you're already on TRT or want to better understand the issues surrounding it, a consultation can focus on your current approach, monitoring relevant health markers, well-being, physical activity, and long-term goals. As people get older, looking good is often no longer the only priority. Feeling well, recovering effectively, training, and maintaining an active lifestyle over the long term become increasingly important.

Competition Preparation and Sports Pharmacology for Experienced Athletes

If you're a competitive or experienced athlete, the process usually begins not with explaining the basics, but with analyzing your existing strategy. We can discuss competition preparation, athletic performance, body composition, recovery, current pharmacology, and health monitoring—preserving what already works while examining the areas that could be improved.

Side Effects, Recovery, and Health Monitoring

You can also come to us with a specific problem that has arisen while using PEDs, such as changes in how you feel, blood test results, blood pressure, libido, recovery, or other unwanted effects. In these situations, our goal is to help you understand the possible causes, assess the context, and determine the next steps. If the issue requires medical diagnosis or treatment, we'll tell you directly and recommend consulting a doctor.
