My order was duplicated by my mistake, and I asked to cancel one, or put them together to save postage and discount... It did not ask anything abusive, and also gave several options that were easier to the web.
I understand that everyone has their policies, and I respect them.
But also as a customer I can have my opinion, and wish a more flexible treatment when one makes an error to havcer ordered. As you can see in the photo, there are two orders of the same product and quantities, but different price. Error mio... But having a deference, makes us as a customer feel more comfortable and secure. While it is true that loads work to the web. That’s why I understand it and I have not claimed more in the chat... I have thanked even for answering me.
I also tell you, that when they have taken longer in the shipping process and have had delays, they have sent me a COD discount without me asking.
