PED Cycle Report: Trenbolone Enanthate, Testosterone (Sustanon), and Semaglutide
1. Starting Stats
- Age: 30 years old.
- Height: 186 cm (6'1").
- Body weight: Approximately 95 kg around the period of the cycle, with a current body weight of 89 kg.
- Body fat: Approximately 16–18%, currently 11%
- Goal: Body recomposition, maintaining or increasing lean muscle mass while keeping body fat relatively low.
2. PEDs Protocol
Testosterone — Sustanon 250
- Compound: Sustanon 250, a blend of testosterone esters.
- Dose: 250 mg per administration.
- Frequency: Every 10 days.
- Purpose: Ongoing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
- Status: Continued throughout the trenbolone cycle and after its discontinuation.
Trenbolone Enanthate
- Compound: Trenbolone enanthate.
- Dose: Approximately 400 mg per week.
- Duration: Six weeks.
- Administration: Intramuscular injections twice per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Concentration: 200 mg/mL.
- Status: Discontinued after six weeks.
Following one injection into the medial deltoid, I experienced localized swelling, hardness, and pain at the injection site.
Semaglutide
- Compound: Semaglutide.
- Dose: 2 mg per week.
- Frequency: Once weekly.
- Total duration: 10 weeks.
- Start date: One week before starting trenbolone enanthate.
- Purpose: Appetite control, weight management, and support for body-composition goals.
My objective was to support appetite control and body-weight management while maintaining my resistance-training routine and high-protein diet.
Combined Protocol Timeline
- Week 1: Semaglutide at 2 mg per week, before starting trenbolone.
- Weeks 2–7: Semaglutide at 2 mg per week alongside trenbolone enanthate at approximately 400 mg per week. Trenbolone injections were administered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Sustanon 250 continued every 10 days as ongoing TRT.
- Weeks 8–10: Semaglutide continued after the six-week trenbolone cycle had ended. Sustanon TRT remained ongoing.
Other PEDs, Ancillaries, and Medications
- Other anabolic steroids: No additional anabolic compounds were confirmed as part of this cycle.
- Primobolan (methenolone): Discussed as a possible option, but actual use was not confirmed.
- Additional fat burners: No confirmed use documented.
- Thyroid medications: No confirmed use documented.
- Aromatase inhibitors or other hormonal ancillaries: No confirmed use documented.
- Post-cycle therapy (PCT): No separate PCT protocol documented. I continued my established TRT with Sustanon.
3. Training and Nutrition
Training Routine
I follow a six-day training split focused on hypertrophy, strength, and overall physique development.- Monday: Chest and triceps.
- Tuesday: Treadmill cardio, biceps, and abs.
- Wednesday: Glutes, hamstrings, and shoulders.
- Thursday: Treadmill cardio, triceps, and abs.
- Friday: Back and biceps.
- Saturday: Quadriceps and shoulders.
- Sunday: Rest or recovery.
My training priorities are to preserve muscle mass, improve strength, and manage body fat while maintaining a consistent exercise schedule.
Nutrition
My nutrition approach prioritizes a high protein intake to support muscle maintenance and growth. My previously established protein target was approximately 200 g per day.My regular meals include chicken, rice, lean or shredded beef, protein shakes, and wraps containing chicken and mozzarella. I focus on practical meals that help me maintain a consistent protein intake while managing body composition.
Semaglutide was incorporated into my weight-management approach to support appetite control. However, I do not have a complete record of daily calorie intake, carbohydrate and fat intake, or the precise dietary changes made during the cycle.
Supplements and Support Products
My documented nutrition approach included protein supplementation. A complete list of supplements and their doses during the cycle is not available.I have also discussed Mounjaro (tirzepatide) in the context of weight management, but its use during this specific cycle was not confirmed. It should therefore not be considered part of the confirmed protocol described here.
4. Progress, Side Effects, and General Experience
Training and Physical Progress
I maintained my regular resistance-training routine during the period discussed. My broader goals were to preserve training performance, maintain muscle mass, and manage body fat.My recorded body weight was approximately 94–95 kg around the relevant period, and my current body weight is 89 kg. My previously estimated body fat was approximately 16–18%.
However, I do not have sufficiently detailed measurements to quantify the exact changes in lean mass, body fat, or strength attributable specifically to this cycle. I cannot confidently distinguish the individual contributions of training, nutrition, semaglutide, testosterone, and trenbolone to the changes in body composition.
Injection-Site Reaction
Following an intramuscular injection into the medial deltoid, I experienced localized swelling, hardness, and pain at the injection site. This was a notable physical reaction during the period of use.Hair Shedding
I noticed increased hair shedding, with more hair falling out in the shower, on my pillow, and when running my hand through my hair. At the time, I did not observe an obvious change in my frontal hairline. This was a noticeable change compared with my previous experience while using testosterone alone. The exact cause of the increased shedding was not established.
Laboratory Results and Cardiovascular Health
My laboratory testing identified significant lipid abnormalities:| Marker | Result |
|---|---|
| LDL cholesterol | 230 mg/dL |
| HDL cholesterol | 23.8 mg/dL |
| LDL/HDL ratio | 9.7 |
| Hemoglobin | 15.8 g/dL |
| Hematocrit | 47.0% |
| Red blood cell count | 5.41 million/µL |
| White blood cell count | 6.7 thousand/µL |
| Platelet count | 254 thousand/µL |
My physician recommended dietary adjustments. I planned to repeat my blood tests and review the results with my urologist to evaluate the persistence of these abnormalities and assess other relevant metabolic markers.
I am particularly interested in monitoring:
- Lipid profile: Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides.
- Liver function: ALT/TGP, AST/TGO, GGT, alkaline phosphatase, and bilirubin.
- Blood count: Hemoglobin, hematocrit, and red blood cell count.
- Hormonal status: Relevant testosterone measurements and other tests as clinically indicated.
- Metabolic health: Glucose regulation and other relevant markers, particularly in the context of semaglutide use.
5. Overall Experience and Lessons Learned
The main concerns identified during this period were the injection-site reaction, increased hair shedding, and significant changes in my lipid profile.Although body composition and training performance were important objectives, the laboratory abnormalities highlighted the importance of monitoring cardiovascular and metabolic health rather than evaluating a cycle solely on appearance, strength, or subjective well-being.
The simultaneous use of testosterone, trenbolone, and semaglutide also makes it difficult to attribute individual outcomes to a single compound. Trenbolone exposure, ongoing testosterone therapy, dietary changes, weight changes, and other factors may all influence different aspects of health and body composition.
If I were evaluating a similar protocol in the future, I would place greater emphasis on baseline laboratory testing, follow-up blood work, cardiovascular risk assessment, and medical supervision. I would also ensure that changes in weight, training performance, and laboratory markers were documented consistently enough to evaluate the overall outcome objectively.
Given the LDL and HDL results, addressing cardiovascular risk is a priority rather than assuming that the abnormalities will resolve automatically after discontinuation.
6. Final Protocol Summary
My protocol consisted of the following:- Testosterone (Sustanon 250): 250 mg every 10 days as ongoing TRT.
- Trenbolone enanthate: Approximately 400 mg per week for six weeks, administered intramuscularly on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Semaglutide: 2 mg once weekly for 10 weeks, beginning one week before the trenbolone cycle and continuing beyond its completion.
My body weight decreased from approximately 95 kg around the period of the cycle to my current weight of 89 kg. The exact contributions of the compounds, nutrition, and training to this change have not been established.
The main documented concerns were localized injection-site inflammation, increased hair shedding, and a markedly unfavorable lipid profile, particularly elevated LDL and low HDL cholesterol. My priority is to monitor these findings through repeat laboratory testing and medical follow-up.
