Hi,

I bought BPC-157 10mg from DriadaShop, and it came with a 1ml vial of bacteriostatic water.

I was wondering, is that normal? I’ve always heard that you’re supposed to mix it with 2ml of water.

With just 1ml, I think I’ll only have enough for about 10 days, so I’m worried that it won’t be very effective.

I have quadriceps tendinopathy, and BPC-157 is pretty much my last hope at this point.

Hi

You can reconstitute it with different amounts of water, but 1 ml is a fairly convenient option for this peptide. You can start with 250 mcg per day. What syringe do you have? Send me a photo and I’ll help you work out the dose on the syringe. I’d also add TB500 to BPC-157 right away — they’re usually used together for injury-related problems.

What did the doctors tell you, and what kind of load on your knees/quadriceps are you currently able to handle?

I take 500 mcg per injection, so with a 1 ml syringe I draw it up to 10. I based it on the Peptide Calculator
is correct, if for u its hard to size 10 in a 1ml syringe, my advice can be ...or use a 0,5 ml syringe and put 20 , or put 2 ml of bactereostatid water in the 10 mg of bpc157, and after put 20 in the 1 ml syringe

Hi Sam, thanks for your reply. To be honest, I think I made a mistake. I had used the Peptide Calculator before, but that was with a 2 ml dilution and daily injections of 500 mcg.

The problem is that Driada only provided 1 ml of water, and I kept drawing the 1 ml syringe up to 10. So in reality, I wasn’t taking 500 mcg, I was taking 1000 mcg over the last few days. I’ve only done 4 injections so far.

That’s why I was wondering why my vial wasn’t going to last very long. Is it serious that I accidentally doubled the dose?

As for the doctor, he mainly says it’s a mild tendinopathy. The MRI doesn’t show anything extremely serious, but the pain is very sharp. My physio gave me some exercises. I’m using weight, but only with a small range of motion.

Yes, 500 mcg is also a commonly used dose, so everything is fine. Send me a photo of the syringe you’re using. How long have you been using the peptide in total?

And do you know what caused the pain? What kind of sport did you do, some kind of team sport? And what exercises did the physio give you — wall sits? It makes sense not only to reduce the pain and heal the knee, but also to figure out the cause.

Yes, but like I told you, I’ve been using 1000 mcg because I made a mistake, so would it be better to go back down to 500 mcg?

I started BPC-157 four days ago. I mainly do weight training, and I injured myself because I was lifting too heavy and my quadriceps tendon couldn’t handle it. I also had some calcifications, but I managed to get rid of them with shockwave therapy.

Yes, my physio gave me wall sits, leg press with a limited range of motion where I lower the weight for 3 seconds and push back up for 3 seconds, and also some exercises to strengthen my glutes.

As for the syringes, I’ll send you a photo.

Yes, if you’re using syringes like these, then the 10 mark will be 1000 mcg. If you want to use 500 mcg, you need 5 IU on the syringe.

Okay, if you were just doing weight training, then in the future you simply need to adjust your training program and reduce the amount of work for your quads. That’s simpler than what I initially thought.

Yes, actually it’s a chronic tendinitis. I’ve had it for quite a long time, but I’ve heard so many good things about BPC that I thought I’d give it a chance. So would you recommend going back down to 500 mcg?

Once again, thank you for taking the time to reply to me.

Here’s the thing — it might not work at all, or it might really surprise you in a good way. I know many real stories, including from my friends, where the combination of TB500 and BPC helped in situations like this when all other options had already been tried without success.

Welcome bro! 🤜
