Hello. Could you give me some advice? Until now, I have been taking testosterone enanthate 250 mg/ml twice a week, 1.5 ml per injection, which means my total weekly dose has been 750 mg.

I would like to try trenbolone. Could you tell me how to combine the two? I would prefer trenbolone enanthate, or another option that would mean I wouldn’t have to inject every other day.

I’m not sure what trenbolone dose I should take, and I also don’t know whether I can draw both compounds into the same syringe.

Thanks 🔥

Hi,

The first thing I’d say is — you don’t need trenbolone. How did I determine that? Someone who actually needs trenbolone has already figured out these questions. I’m serious — trenbolone is like a sword that can defeat enemies in the hands of a warrior, but in inexperienced hands it can accidentally cut off your fingers.

I suggest considering other, more suitable alternatives. If you want, I can help with that.

As for syringes, you can draw any oil-based solutions into the same syringe and inject them together.

I want something that will genuinely help me improve my physique. I want my chest to look better and my arms to have that 3D effect — bigger, more defined, and more muscular. However, I don’t want to lose weight.
If I continue taking this testosterone, what would work well alongside it to help me achieve that look? I originally wanted to try trenbolone, but if it’s not suitable for me, then what would you recommend instead to help me look bigger and more muscular?
For reference, I’m currently 168 cm tall and weigh 80 kg.

Let’s start from the beginning. Everything you described is basically just muscle mass, and to build it you need to train and eat properly. Steroids are something that can help with that, provided those first two aspects are set up correctly.

Please answer a few questions:
  1. A photo of your current physique
  2. How long you’ve been training
  3. Your previous experience with steroid protocols and what results you got
  4. Any chronic health conditions
  5. Do you have any recent blood tests?

I’ve been training for about a year. I went from 91 kg down to 84 kg. Then I injured myself and broke a finger, so I couldn’t train for three months. I’ve now been back in the gym for one month.
My only previous experience with steroids has been testosterone, using 250 mg and 300 mg preparations, with a total weekly dose of 750 mg. I felt good while taking it.
I used testosterone for four months, and then I broke my finger
I stopped taking testosterone for three months because I broke my finger. I never did any PCT either, so I lost the muscle mass I had built up.
I don’t have any known chronic health conditions, and I don’t have any recent blood test results.
I’m currently 28 Age, 168 cm tall and weigh around 80 kg. My main goal is to build more muscle, especially in my chest and arms, and achieve a fuller, more defined 3D look without losing much body weight.

Look, I’d highlight a few points here.

On the positive side, if you’ve only been training for a year, you have pretty good potential. Judging by your body type, you seem closer to an endo-mesomorph, and purely from my subjective assessment, I think you’ll respond quite well to training.

Regarding your cycle, the dosages are too high. Did you use aromatase inhibitors and HCG during your cycle?

And as I understand it, you finished your cycle, didn’t do PCT, and then started a new cycle, right?

I was using testosterone enanthate 250 mg at a dose of 750 mg per week, split into two injections of 1.5 ml each. Then I stopped using it for 4 months. I’m still not using it at the moment, but I’m planning to start again.
I didn’t use aromatase inhibitors or HCG because I don’t really know what they are. I also didn’t do PCT after my cycle.
What would you recommend in my situation?

Okay, I need to know a bit more.
  1. Let’s start with what kind of results you got from your previous cycle. What was your body weight before the cycle and at the end? Do you have any before/after photos, or strength results? How would you personally rate the outcome? I need some data we can use as a baseline before moving forward.
  2. I’d like you to measure your blood pressure for one week.
  3. Ideally, you should also do some blood tests so we can understand what is currently happening with your hormonal system, blood cells, and lipid profile.
After that, we can build a new cycle.

At this point, I would consider more moderate dosages than on your previous cycle. For example, 250 mg of testosterone + 100 mg of Primo. Primo would lower estradiol, so you likely wouldn’t need aromatase inhibitors. We could also add HCG during the cycle so your testicles don’t stop functioning, and then do PCT afterward.

Depending on what you answer and what the blood tests show, I might adjust some of this.

I used testosterone for four months, at the dosage I mentioned earlier. During that time, my weight increased from 81 kg to 84 kg.
However, I have a very physically demanding job, with a lot of movement and physical activity throughout the day, and I’m constantly active at work.
The biggest difference I noticed was in my biceps measurements when flexing. Before using testosterone, my biceps measured 39 cm. After just the first two months, they measured 44-45cm, and my biceps looked much fuller.
I know that testosterone blood tests are available here in Slovakia. If that’s enough to start with, I could go and get tested. Please let me know which blood tests you would recommend so I can get a better picture of my current hormonal levels and overall health.

The result is quite impressive — you seem to respond very well to androgens (y)
  1. Now I’d like you to send me a photo from the internet showing the kind of physique you’re aiming for. How would you like to look? That will become the reference point for everything we do next.
  2. The next thing I’d like to look at is your diet. Do you track your nutrition while on cycle and now? I’m interested in your overall calories, protein, fats, and carbohydrates.
Judging by the first photos from before the cycle, you seem to have a tendency to gain excess body fat, and that’s also an important factor we should take into account.
  3. Regarding blood tests, I wouldn’t do a huge panel of everything right now. I’d start with the specific things we need to know, namely how well your natural testosterone production has recovered. Here’s the list:
  • Total testosterone
  • Free testosterone
  • SHBG
  • Estradiol
  • Prolactin
  • LH
  • FSH

I’m sending you photos showing approximately how I’d like to look.
When I was taking testosterone, my diet consisted of around 225 g of protein per day. Since I have a physically demanding job and also train at the gym, my total daily calorie expenditure. I was eating around 3,500 calories from food alone, not including the calories I burned through work and training. In total, I estimate that I eat around 5,500 calories per day. My fat intake was around 150–200 g per day, and my carbohydrate intake was approximately 600g, sometimes up to 700 g.
At the moment, I’m eating approximately 4,500 calories per day in total. My protein intake is around 100–150 g daily, and I don’t track my fat or carbohydrate intake separately.
Once I’ve had all the blood tests done, I’ll get back to you with the results. Thank you very much for your advice

Let’s put it this way: I can’t say whether you’ll have exactly the same proportions as this athlete. But his physique is very good. As for the muscle size and approximate body fat percentage, I think that’s quite achievable, or at least a realistic goal to work towards. A lot will depend on you.

If you didn’t gain body fat while eating that much during your cycle, then this diet probably works for you. A physically demanding job can genuinely require a lot of calories.

For now, even before starting the cycle, I would increase your protein intake to 180–200 grams per day. I also wouldn’t go above 80 grams of fat per day, and I’d keep your carbohydrate intake as it is.

And one more question — now that you’ve started training again, have your strength numbers started improving? It would be good to train naturally for at least another month if you feel you’re still making progress.

Yes, they are still improving, but I’m not back to the level I was at when I was taking testosterone.

Following , how was it coming off ? I've never done proper pct before and using tren for the first time
