Hi!

Some tips on how to manage E2 during a cycle that you use all year round, say as TRT+, 150-250 mg of Test E?
During a blast I plan tu use EQ for E2 management.

Hi.

First of all what's the need to do 150-250mg year around? It's not even a trt+ (small cycle as you mentioned).
Unless you do 130kg of muscle mass, it has no benefit to to this.

Just find a good balance between testosterone and e2. To feel good and not grow a silent gyno who will then ask for a heavy medication that could have been avoided in TRT phase.

The conversion to e2 is specific to each person, it is mainly genetic. Just like the body's reaction to X free e2.

So according to this there is only the amount of testosterone injected and bodyfat that can influence naturally (please keep it low).
And maybe daily injection (or EOD) to avoid spike conversion with test E.
Another solution to avoid peaks would be the use of testo undecanoate as a base. But first you need to know the dose that suits you perfectly for your "TRT+". Because that any dose adjustment with Test U takes a long time.

Hi Mark,

My opinion on E2 control is to understand a few key principles.
  1. There’s the number on your blood test — you need to know what it is.
  2. It’s important to understand how you feel at a particular estradiol level.
Now there are three different scenarios:

A. If estradiol is too low — reduce the aromatase inhibitor dosage.
B. If estradiol is elevated but you feel good — don’t rush to lower it. First, look at how far it is above the upper reference range.
C. If estradiol is elevated and you feel like crap — start using an aromatase inhibitor at the lowest possible dose and set up checkpoints to compare changes in your bloodwork and how you feel.

Everything beyond that is just details we can go through.

Bro, I made an infographic for your question using some seriously powerful modern technology!!!

sounds good mark. i'd focus on total testosterone, sensitive estradiol, hematocrit and your lipid profile. remember that e2 should be interpreted alongside symptoms rather than treated as an isolated number as Sam explained. your current testosterone dose and injection frequency will also help us understand the results. keep us updated.
