Cycle duration: 18 Weeks, Goal: Fullness, Vascularity, and Elite Shape

1. Starting Stats​

  • Age: 20
  • Height: 180 cm
  • Starting Weight: 87.5 kg
  • Estimated BF: 12%
  • Goal: Recomp / Slight Lean Bulk
  • PED Experience: Second cycle

2. PED Protocol​

Total Duration: 18 weeks
Main Compounds:
  • Testosterone Enanthate: 125 mg twice per week
  • Masteron Propionate: 50 mg five times per week
  • oxandrolone: 30 mg a day on training days (6 times)
Protocol Change at Week 12:
  • Switch to Testosterone Cypionate (same dosage)
Fat Burners:
  • DMAA or geranium extract: pre-workout (cycled, but i really enjoy it and doesn't give me any side effect)
  • Yohimbine HCL: fasted cardio only
Ancillaries:
  • Arimidex: 0.5 mg every other day
  • HCG: 500 IU twice per week

3. Training & Nutrition​

Training Split:
  • Style: Arnold Split (i recently discovered it and i love it for volume)
  • Frequency: 6 sessions/week
  • Cardio: minimum 3x/week (mix of LISS/HIIT )
Nutrition Strategy:
  • Starting Calories: 2600 kcal
  • Progression: +100 kcal every 3 days, up to 3500 kcal max
  • Macros:
    • 15% Fats
    • 35% Protein
    • 50% Carbs
Supplements (non-hormonal):
  • NAC: 600 mg/day
  • Omega-3: 3 g/day
  • Creatine blend (HCL, Pyruvate, Malate, Nitrate): 5 g/day
  • Melatonin: 5 mg before bed

4. Target & Priorities​

  • Target Weight: 95 kg
  • Main Goals:
    • Improve fullness
    • Maximize vascularity
    • Enhance overall condition
  • Side Effects to Avoid:
    • Water retention
    • Acne

5. Monitoring & Tracking

  • Bloodwork: planned for Week 12
  • Progress Photos: weekly
  • Training Log: workout sessions only — no PRs, just tracking quality, volume, and feedback

  • What was the reason for switching from Testosterone Cypionate to Testosteronee Enanthate?
  • Do you think the Arimidex dosage might be on the higher side?
  • Have you considereed incorporating Telmisartan for kidney protection and support of the RAAS (renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system)?

The reason I switched esters was because on the driada site there wasn't any test Enanthate available so I ordered the test cypionate, I might adjust the arimidex based on how much I feel the nipples and yeah probably split in half, and my creatinine levels are fine on cycle so I shouldn't be so cautious with telmisartan...

Damn good! So that’s what 12% body fat looks like 😁 .

By the way, there’s always this question about body fat percentage. How did you determine yours?
I recently came across a reel where a guy got tested and was told he had obesity — 20% body fat. His home scale also showed 20%. But in reality, he had a contest-ready physique and looked absolutely shredded (based on your 12%, he was probably closer to 8%).
 
For some reason, your photo on the right reminded me of the physique of athletes from Arnold's time. I’m not sure why, maybe it’s the muscle definition and shape, but it feels like you're from that era. Сool!

I got some of Arnold genetics but I really can't tell why, since my father was an orphan...

I'm currently running Test+Mast+Anavar with a strategic use of fat burners and cycle support supplemens, following an Arnold split 6x/week, and increasing calories gradually.

Today's workout: chest&back (forearms light work too)
Today i will start introducing anavar progressively untill i reach the 30mg mark for the cycle, first two days will be at 20mgs with the other compunds i'm taking (check the other thread)
I felt really good training, i used hypermax'd out pre-workout which i really enjoy and had a great volume in my workout, i even added 2 extra set of machine crunches at the end 💥💪

Today's workout: shoulders and arms
I took 10mg of anavar pre workout + my usual go to pre workout
Felt social and good during the workout, I follow a high volume training so the pump was really great too
Awesome experience 💪

Today's workout: legs
Amazing workout, I took 10mg of oxandrolone 1h before training I had a quick 50g iso whey protein shake 30 minutes before training and took 15 mins before entering the gym the pre workout edge of insanity (psycho pharma), I destroyed my legs...
No really now I'm trying to get home but I feel like a turtle, I went so heavy I can't walk as fast as this morning. 🤣
Btw this morning I weighed myself and I went up in weight (90kg finally first goal reached) and I feel amazing, not putting any fat on is really what I aim for 💪😈

Today's workout: arms and calves
Took my usual 10mg oxandrolone pre workout with a ultra white monster, nothing else, I felt really good energy throughout all the workout and had a decent pump even tho I didn't take any pump pre workout, this day I was also really social and focused on the workout, I am grateful of this day 💪📈
