Good afternoon,

I have ordered testosterone enanthate. I am currently undergoing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and administer the medication twice a week using an insulin syringe, injecting it subcutaneously into my abdomen.

Could you please advise me how I can determine whether this particular product is unsuitable for subcutaneous injections and is intended exclusively for intramuscular administration?

Is there any specific labeling, information in the package leaflet, or other indication that would help me identify the recommended route of administration?

I occasionally develop small lumps at the injection sites. I use a very thin insulin needle measuring 12.9 mm in length and 29G in diameter.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Driada Testos uses grapeseed oil and MCT as carriers, with benzyl benzoate and ethyl oleate as solvents. these ingredients may contribute to local irritation and temporary subcutaneous nodules. your 29G needle isn't necessarily the issue. i'd prioritize smaller injection volumes, slow administration and rotating injection sites. if the lumps persist, intramuscular administration may be better tolerated and recommended.
