Hey guys,

I wanted to share my fertility recovery story for those of you who’ve been on long-term TRT or heavy cycles and think you’re “done” when it comes to natural fertility. I had azoospermia (zero sperm count), confirmed by lab work. Doctors told me I’d probably need HMG or even IVF with donor sperm.

I couldn’t afford HMG, so I focused on HCG, enclomiphene, lifestyle, and strong supplementation. It took time and consistency but I fully recovered my fertility. After six months, sperm were back… and now we’re expecting our first child via IVF (using my sperm), since my partner also has fertility issues.

Background
  • 4+ years on TRT (Test E cruise: 125–200 mg/week)
  • Multiple cycles with trenbolone, nandrolone, trestolone…
  • Fully suppressed: no LH, no FSH → azoospermia confirmed by semen analysis
Initial Lab Values (Pre-Protocol)
  • Total Testosterone: 5.2 nmol/L (~150 ng/dL)
  • LH: <0.2 IU/L (undetectable)
  • FSH: <0.2 IU/L (undetectable)
  • Sperm count: 0 / azoospermia
  • Ejaculate volume: 3.5 ml
My Fertility Protocol (No HMG)

HCG – 500 IU, 2–3×/week

Kickstarted testicular function and size. First changes within 2–3 weeks.

Enclomiphene Citrate – 25 mg ED

Boosted LH and FSH without clomid's sides. Key driver of endogenous recovery.

Supplement Stack
  • Zinc 30–50 mg + Copper 2 mg – nightly
  • Vitamin D3 – 5000 IU/day
  • CoQ10 – 200–300 mg/day
  • L-Carnitine – 2000–3000 mg/day
  • Ashwagandha KSM-66 – 600 mg/day
  • Omega-3 Fish Oil – 2000–3000 mg EPA/DHA
  • NAC – 600 mg 2×/day
  • Selenium – 200 mcg/day
  • Sunflower Lecithin – 2–3 g/day
  • L-Citrulline – 3–6 g/day
Lifestyle Support
  • Sleep: 7–8 hours/night, every night
  • Loose boxers, no saunas/laptops on lap
  • Light cardio (walking, incline treadmill)
  • Heavy lifting
  • No AAS during recovery
Recovery Timeline & Results
  • Week 4:
    • Mood improved, more energy
    • Testicles returned to near-normal size
  • Week 8:
    • Libido came back
    • Motivation and well-being improving
  • Month 3:
    • Ejaculate volume: ~6 ml
  • Month 6:
    • Semen analysis: Sperm finally present
    • Ejaculate volume: 8 ml
    • Total Testosterone: 19.4 nmol/L (~560 ng/dL)
    • LH: 5.2 IU/L
    • FSH: 4.8 IU/L
We went through IVF due to my partner’s fertility issues — but we were able to use my sperm. Considering I had zero count just six months earlier, it still feels surreal.

Even after years on TRT and strong cycles, fertility can come back. My success was built on HCG + enclomiphene + focused supplementation, no HMG, no magic tricks, just time, effort, and consistency.

If you're going through something similar, don't give up. It takes time, but the body can bounce back when given the right tools.

After successful IVF and sperm banking, I made the decision to return to TRT. I’m currently cruising on a stable low dose again, feeling great, and have peace of mind knowing my fertility is preserved if we need it.

Feel free to ask questions happy to help anyone on the same path.

Man, congratulations! It's really great that you didn’t need to use HMG because it's way more expensive. I’ve been using HCG and HMG for a year and a half. But honestly, I didn't come off the cycle, and now I'm using 250 mg of testosterone a week. Soon I’ll find out how things are going, whether it’s good or not.

Tell me what happened with your physique? Has it changed a lot during this time, and was it hard going through all of this?

Thanks, man! And yeah — exactly, HMG is crazy expensive.
I had everything prescribed by a doctor, but even with prescriptions, the co-pays were brutal. In the end, Driada saved my wallet — another proof their stuff actually works 😄

Honestly, the whole thing was a shitstorm at the start, especially mentally. Libido was dead, confidence took a hit, and the gains I had worked so hard for were slowly disappearing.
I dropped about 6 kg of lean mass, went from ~92–93 kg down to 86 kg, but to be fair — I still looked better than 90% of the average gym crowd 😅
But mentally? It was tough as hell.

After about a month, things started getting better — especially once the libido came back, that was a big turning point.
Physique-wise, I held on decently thanks to proper PCT, training, and supplementation. I lost some fullness, but I didn’t crash.

But most importantly — I had a goal, I knew it was going to suck, and I mentally prepared for it.
I knew it would be worth it.
And it was.

Let me know how things go on your end — hopefully the 250 mg cruise didn’t mess up your fertility too much. Fingers crossed, bro 🤞

Thanks, bro! I’ll soon find out how things are going. I hope I won’t have to quit the Cruise, because I recently stopped training after tearing my triceps, and I currently look like crap. Plus, the lack of training is definitely affecting my motivation overall. So, if I stop testosterone, I’m sure it won’t make me feel any better.

But your story still gives me hope. I’ve already told one guy here that he should freeze his sperm before starting a Blast and Cruise. If I could go back in time, I’d definitely do the same.
