HERE I WILL POST MEALS AND SNACKS
My intention here is to show everyone what a healthy and nutritional diet is all about for diet purposes 💪💯
 
What's up, guys, im currently trying a modified carnivore diet, this type of diet includes veggies and fruits and all kinds of meat products, im not allowed to eat dairy products or grain products in any way, coffee and tea is allowed as they make me feel full after my meals and have virtually zero calories, i'm currently losing a lot of fat with this type of diet and i'm enjoying it 💪
If you have any carnivore recipe or tips for making a great meal, comment below and I'll be glad to respond and try it 💯

No, honestly I just enjoy eating meat a lot and that's the reason why I prioritize that specific kind of food in my diet, right now I'm no more following that regimen tho as meat is kinda caloric dense 💪🏻
 
Very low-calorie protein pancake
60g of chickpea flour
5g stevia
100g egg whites
2g instant yeast
30g protein powder of choice
Blend all and put for 3/4 mins on each side ✌🏻
It's quite dry so if you want to add some honey or protein pudding you're free to do so since it's low calorie 💯

It tastes really good and it's a game changer for fat loss diet because of the total volume of food ✌️

Bro, have you ever tried making something like protein bars? Everything I see in recipes is complete junk. I’ve got a chocolate protein that I don’t really like drinking on its own, and I want proper bars like the ones we see on store shelves — or at least something close. Usually, recipes call for bananas, oats, and so on. I want it to be like 90% protein powder, just coated with glaze and holding its shape :D

TURKSAGNA
400g of ground turkey, spread it with a spoon to make a hole in the middle and then put 100g of low fat mozzarella shredded with your hands, season it however you'd like and spray a little oil around the corners to make it crispier, it will be delicious trust me and it's super high protein with just above 600 calories for the full lasagna, incredible
Bake it for 20 mins at 220°C

What do you mean?
theres a yter named goatis, he talks about health topics and while i dont agree with his moral teachings mostly his teachings about health and nutrition are 100% facts, he teaches raw animals and stress free lifestyle, listening to him can change your entire life more than you could ever imagine, i defo recommend to approach him with an open mind
