💪 “GOD OF BICEPS” – Competition by Driadashop

How to Earn Rewards

I think we should do a challenge for one of the exercises – what do you guys think?

My thoughts :

Max weight is too dangerous without proper preparation ... and not every one is a powerlifter ...

What do you think about the NFL Combine Bench Press ?

Classic flat benchpress, 100KG for reps - max reps win !

I think this is doable for most athletes here, even without proper preparation and risk !

I think it will be good fun for everyone !

let´s break their record 😜 💪

Overall Bench Press Record

Justin Ernest - Defensive Tackle (1999): 51 Reps

In 1999, Justin Ernest from Eastern Kentucky University set the all-time NFL Combine bench press record with an astounding 51 repetitions. Despite this remarkable feat, Ernest went undrafted and never played in an NFL game.

Biceps curls I think for reps with medium weight or maximum weight...
I train biceps seperate from my other parts… use one arm a time per set (left/right seperate on preacher machine etc) works for me… let’s go for it 🔥 🔥 🔥

Yes, we thought about doing the bench press for the number of repetitions as well. But since it needs to be recorded on camera, it’s more convenient to do bicep curls (also by reps). I’ve filmed the bench press many times during training, and the angles usually don’t turn out very well. I think we can do it, but for now, we’ll start with something simpler.
