How to Earn Rewards

Hey man, just curious — how long have you been training, what are your stats, and what supplements are you using? I ask because cycles at a young age can be risky; the less disciplined and mature someone is, the more harm it can do to their health.
Before starting my own cycle, I did several cuts and bulks, learned how to manage nutrition, health markers and overall wellbeing, and spent about six months just preparing my body. I also got multiple blood tests and pushed my natural limits first.
For me, a cycle is way more than just pinning testosterone — it’s about having a solid plan, keeping health and nutrition on point, and being ready to handle the risks. Just sharing my experience so you can do it as safely as possible.

Listen- your life do whatever the f you want but there is a reason why you shouldnt jump on the train before (*ideally)24-25yo..doing it before is just signing trt for life and thats disregarding other health fuckery you'll be doing but you're young so it won't show itself until later.. that being said if you're still going to do it- just do 250mg for 16w and do bloodwork before/5th week/a week or 2 after pct..if you can't afford that my recommendation is to save up until you can
 
Yeah, he’s right — even 16 weeks is quite long. 12 weeks at 250 mg is better to avoid shutting down your HPTA too hard. After that, see how your body responds. Also, you need to be financially flexible — never save money at the cost of your health or bloodwork. Do blood tests at Week 4, 8, 12, then 4 weeks after PCT, and make sure your pre-cycle bloodwork is very detailed.
