yea u saw that video but i think the dosing is a bit low for muscle building purposes, also consider he is in his 40s and im 20 so it makes sense to take more for me, by the way subq tren is bs and should not be done, it is really dangerous if done incorrectly
MY recommendations for tren use:
Use tren E (best ester)
Use it in a bulk theres better things for cutting although the anti catabolism is good
Inject every other day IM
Dose should be as low as possible while still getting gains from it and if you get sides lower it further, literally noone should be taking more than 3 or 4 mg of tren its just diminishing returns

Why do you say that about subq? Wanna hear your reasoning.

i totally agree with you, in my opinion the acetate ester is a little superior due to the ester to aas ratio more favorable,

i do say that because the oil used in the mix could really easily create an infection if not injected at an almost perfect 45° angle and you should also perfectly know your body fat on the injection site in order to choose the right needle size, otherwise as i said earlier it could potentially infect the site

Well I think ace is more popular only because it hits you faster but the curve at which the active ingredient is released is unideal in my opinion, ace needs to be injected every day to have stable levels and it has a much higher chance of causing tren cough. I think subq can work but it depends on the solvents used, the concentration of the oil and the volume you are injecting, anything above 0.4 ml is gonna be problematic. Infections only happen if you didnt use sterile technique or if the oil itself was contaminated. Which I find unlikely with Driada and other reliable sources. What might happen is local inflammation and sterile abscess which is still a problem but not to the level of infections

I haven't really noticed any hair loss side effect, my hair is growing really fast also so no problem with that
 
Day 49 abs/obliques and forearms
What's up people, hope y'all doing well 💪🏻
So today I had my "accessory" training which I incorporated since week 4 of this program, I felt a really great burn in my abs and a decent pump on forearms.
Basically now with the calories in going straight down to recomp since I recognized my goal is not to look just big but I would like to look jacked and lean, the thing is you learn it once you do it so... Now I have to fix all the shit I've done in the first weeks lol

Today was all about the details: obliques, abs, and forearms. Forget bench press this kind of work is the definition of "mind-muscle connection." The pump was insane, the burn was real, and the sweat was proof of a seriously high-calorie expenditure.

I also would like to mentioned i'm still reducing my carb intake to approx. 60%, just want to shred that extra water weight i was gaining so i can feel confident again, keeping protein up on the macros and fat as low as possible, this diet is extreme but the results...

why winstrol on a bulk? It doesnt build much tissue just helps with strength but significantly hinders collagen synthesis which is why many people tear muscles on it
 
Today was a massive win for the lean bulk an incredible hamstring session where the Mind-Muscle Connection was absolutely locked in.
I ran a full-spectrum protocol:
Hip-Hinge: RDLs, Dumbbell RDLs, Hyperextensions (for that deep, loaded stretch).
Knee-Flexion: Lying and Seated Curls (to isolate and contract).
💡 3 Tips for Hyper-Efficient Hamstring Training
1. Prioritize the Negative (Eccentric)
The hamstrings respond incredibly well to the slow, lowering (eccentric) phase of a lift.
Tip: On all your hip-hinge movements (RDLs), take 3-4 seconds to lower the weight, focusing solely on the stretch sensation in the hamstring bellies. Your back should stay flat; your hips should be the only thing moving. This is where most muscle damage (the good kind) happens.
2. Maximize the Curl Squeeze
Knee-flexion exercises (curls) are your main isolation tools.
Tip: When you curl the weight down (lying) or back (seated), hold the absolute peak of the contraction for a full 1-2 second squeeze. Imagine trying to physically touch your heel to your glute. Then, slowly control the weight on the way up, resisting the pull until your legs are almost straight. This slow-speed tension is key to full fiber recruitment.
3. Pre-Fatigue with Isolation
This is a popular enhanced bodybuilding technique to guarantee the hamstrings fire first.
Tip: Start your workout (or start your second hamstring exercise) with a light, high-rep set (15-20 reps) of a seated or lying curl. This "pre-exhausts" the muscle, making it the dominant driver during your heavy compound lifts (like the RDLs) that follow. It forces that mind-muscle connection right from the start.

What's up man? Haven't heard from you in a while. I've been asking some people what got them the most mass and that's what I want to ask you as well, like I'm not expecting an essay but just summarize it, lets say top 2 or 3 compounds that you feel were best for mass and particular training styles, thanks for your answer in advance
