. Starting Stats
  • Age: 28
  • Height: 190 cm (6'3")
  • Weight: 83 kg (183 lbs)
  • Goal of the cycle: Recomp, cellular healing, collagen synthesis, and skin tightening.
  • Background: I'm a former obese guy who completely changed his physical trajectory. I've just finished a brutal "suicide cut" in Southeast Asia (running Anavar, Proviron, and Yohimbine at extremely low calories) to strip off the last layers of stubborn fat. I'm now transitioning back to Europe (Italy) . I need a protocol that keeps my insulin sensitivity optimized, repairs my skin elasticity after massive weight loss, and boosts my metabolism without frying my CNS with stimulants.
2. Protocol
  • Total duration: 16 Weeks
  • Compounds and frequency:
    • Retatrutide: Starting micro-dose / week. Using this strictly as a nutrient partitioner to prevent fat spillover while eating at maintenance. The goal isn't aggressive weight loss anymore, but keeping the abdomen razor-sharp.
    • GHK-Cu: Standard cosmetic dose / daily. This is the core of the cycle. I need to rebuild the extracellular matrix, promote collagen synthesis, and thicken the skin to glue it to the muscle after the extreme cut.
    • 5-Amino-1MQ: Standard oral dose / daily. Added for boosting NAD+ and fat oxidation without any central nervous system stimulation.
3. Training & Nutrition
  • Training split: 4-Day Upper/Lower Hypertrophy split. The focus is on muscle density and maintaining fullness while recovering from the cut.
  • Nutrition approach: Maintenance calories. High clean carbs, high protein, moderate fats. Given that my room and board are covered by my new job, my meals will be highly controlled and high-quality.
  • Support: High-quality electrolytes, Omega-3s, and basic liver support (TUDCA/NAC) to fully clear out the oral steroids from my previous phase.
4. Progress & Notes
  • Current state: Will update weekly with exact titrated doses. Right now, the focus is letting the water drop, stabilizing the hormones, and letting the GHK-Cu start its work on my skin matrix. I will post pictures and log side effects as the weeks go on.

Hi Jebus!!

Respect for the journey mate! going from obesity to where you are now is no small thing, and it’s clear you’re thinking beyond just scale weight at this stage.

I like the shift in mindset here. Moving from an aggressive strip-down phase into something more restorative makes sense, especially after a hard cut like the one you describe. Focusing on insulin sensitivity, skin quality and structural recovery instead of chasing more fat loss shows maturity.

GHK-Cu as a central pillar is an interesting choice for someone coming off massive weight loss. Keeping calories at maintenance instead of rushing back into another deficit will probably do more for your final look than any extra compound.

Only thing I’d say is give this phase time to breathe. Let the body catch up with what you’ve already forced it through. The combination you’re running is more about subtle remodeling than dramatic shifts, so PATIENCE will be key!!

Looking forward to seeing how the skin and overall density evolve over the coming weeks. Photos will tell the real story here.;)
