Premature ejaculation can be low prolactin, low serotonin or mental thing as guy said above me. Eitherway u can work with it using palvic flore excercises, start-stop thechnique or as last solution use dapoxetine which is ssri which will increase your serotonin levels as well as prolactin levels. Also have u discontinued any medicaments in recent past? For example from discontinuing antidepressants without tapering can cause these types of issues.
have you tried hCG? I noticed since i've began using it made my sex life much better, not that impressive of results but still noticeable at 500IU twice a week
I think hcg would only contribute to higher libido, but with PE it wouldnt help. Also if he has slightly higher estrogen hcg would spike it up even further, mostly on 500iu. I really do think serotonin and prolactin plays biggest role in PE.
