i think the only great and approachable option would be testosterone enanthate at 400/500mg X ML, the other options are too risky for production

The main challenge is that we are a large-scale manufacturer, and it is difficult for a company of this size to justify producing products that would have very limited demand.

The time, resources, and costs required to develop, validate, manufacture, and distribute a completely new product would likely exceed the potential return from such a niche item.

From a practical standpoint, obtaining a 50 mg testosterone dose is already quite simple. For example, if you're using a standard 250 mg/ml preparation, you would only need approximately one-fifth of an insulin syringe to achieve a 50 mg dose.

For that reason, at the moment there does not appear to be sufficient demand to justify creating a separate low-dose product.

Dissolving 200 mg in 1 ml is not realistically possible without the use of harsh or potentially toxic solvents, and that is the main issue.
We are not interested in going down that path. Our priority is to maintain a formulation that is both effective and as safe and well-tolerated as possible.

As for highly concentrated oil-based steroids, things are not quite so simple. Dissolving large amounts of active ingredient into just 1 ml often requires the use of harsh solvents, or the product may end up crystallizing, which can lead to severe PIP.
For that reason, developing high-concentration formulations that remain stable, comfortable to inject, and well tolerated is much more challenging than it may appear.

For me, its very liquid. Better than testosterone. And absolutely no problem to inject, but when you need 600 mg in a week or more, its pretty complicated to inject so big quantity of oils.

Thank you! Dutasteride would be great as it has less side effects (especially sexual) than Finasteride in my experience, plus it's more effective.

I also support others recommending Ritalin (methylphenidate), Atomoxetine or Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine).

Yes, the issue is that some active compounds are extremely difficult to dissolve, which means a larger amount of solvent is required.

A good example is Primo (Methenolone Enanthate), where formulators face the same challenge. Once you try to push the concentration too high, you can run into problems with solubility, crystallization, stability, or injection comfort.
