Side effects? Sure , every medication has them. Nausea or digestive issues can happen in the beginning, but for most people, they go away. Serious complications are rare and usually occur with improper use.
As for muscle loss, it’s a normal part of weight loss. It happens even if you just go on a diet. But with semaglutide combined with physical activity, muscle mass is preserved much better than with simple calorie restriction or fasting.
The cancer claims? In humans, this effect hasn’t been observed, and if there were a serious risk, the FDA and EMA would have never approved the drug
