Building Back Stronger: My Recovery, Recomp, and Lean Bulk Journey with Driada

Back Building Back Stronger: My Recovery, Recomp, and Lean Bulk Journey with Driada

I started purchasing Driada products in August 2025, when I first discovered the brand. If I had known about it years earlier, I would have saved a lot of money and, more importantly, avoided many unnecessary health risks. Where I live, it’s extremely difficult to find reliable products—most of what’s available is low quality and sold at very high prices.

That said, what convinced me to choose Driada was the professionalism of their service. Customer support has always been fast and helpful, shipping times have been reasonable, and the website is very well designed, offering multiple payment options that make the purchasing process simple and secure.

First Phase: Post-Surgery Recovery

I started my journey in August 2025, following major spinal surgery. During that period, my protocol consisted of:
  • Testosterone Enanthate
  • DHB (Dihydroboldenone)
  • HGH (Human Growth Hormone)
My primary goal was to enhance recovery, minimize muscle catabolism, and gradually regain strength and muscle mass.

Over the course of approximately five months, I went from 90 kg to 97 kg. The weight gain wasn’t perfectly lean, but considering I was recovering from major surgery and rebuilding my physique from the ground up, I was extremely satisfied with the results.

Second Phase: Body Recomposition

From January to May 2026, I decided to significantly reduce my dosages and run what I would describe as an “enhanced TRT” protocol consisting of:
  • 125 mg/week Testosterone Enanthate
  • 100 mg/week Nandrolone
Combined with proper nutrition and training, I followed this protocol throughout a four-month body recomposition phase.

The results exceeded my expectations. I went from 97 kg down to 85 kg, while preserving most of my muscle mass and achieving a level of conditioning I had never reached before. Muscle fibers became clearly visible, separation improved dramatically, and my overall physique was so impressive that many people couldn’t believe I was using only 225 mg of anabolic compounds per week.

Side Effects

After several months, however, I began experiencing significant side effects. Blood work revealed a substantial increase in both estradiol and prolactin.

Clinically, this resulted in:
  • Constant fatigue
  • Significant lack of motivation
  • Episodes of depression
  • A noticeable decline in overall well-being
Despite using Exemestane to manage estrogen and Cabergoline to lower prolactin, I was unable to achieve a satisfactory improvement.

Looking back, I believe the issue wasn’t simply the blood marker values themselves, but rather my individual response to Nandrolone. Besides its anabolic and androgenic properties, Nandrolone also has significant progestogenic activity, which, in susceptible individuals, can contribute to elevated prolactin levels and amplify side effects even when both estradiol and prolactin are being managed pharmacologically.

Furthermore, the combination of elevated estrogen levels and progestogenic activity may worsen symptoms such as fatigue, mood disturbances, reduced libido, and an overall decline in quality of life.

Changing My Approach

For this reason, I decided to completely discontinue Nandrolone, implement a reverse diet, and switch to the following protocol:
  • 300 mg/week Testosterone Enanthate
  • 200 mg/week Primobolan
  • 100 mg/week Masteron
Since making this change, the difference has been remarkable. My blood work has shown a significant reduction in both estradiol and prolactin, and most importantly, my overall well-being has improved dramatically.

At the moment, I’m not using any aromatase inhibitor. The only ancillary medication I’m taking is Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) to block estrogen activity at the breast tissue.

Current Situation

At the moment, I’m in a lean bulk phase, aiming to build muscle while maintaining the highest possible insulin sensitivity and minimizing unnecessary fat gain.

I’m currently using a calorie and carbohydrate cycling approach:
  • High days: 4,000 kcal
  • Medium days: 3,700 kcal
  • Low days: 3,500 kcal
This strategy allows me to fuel my hardest training sessions, maintain good insulin sensitivity, and maximize lean muscle growth while keeping fat accumulation under control.

My current body weight is 92 kg, and my physique is significantly leaner and of much higher quality compared to my previous bulking phases.

Supplementation

Morning
  • Euthyrox
  • NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
  • Probiotics
  • Digestive Enzymes
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin D
  • Omega-3 Fish Oil
  • Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA)
  • Berberine
  • Bromelain
This supplement regimen supports thyroid function (in my specific case), digestive and gut health, reduces oxidative stress, and helps improve glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity.

Before Bed
  • NAC
  • Magnesium Bisglycinate
  • Ashwagandha
These supplements help improve muscle recovery, enhance sleep quality, reduce stress, and minimize oxidative stress accumulated throughout the day and from intense training.

Attached you’ll find the stack I’m currently running, exactly as described above.

If you have any questions, suggestions, or simply want to discuss my protocol, feel free to ask. I’d be happy to share my experience.

A big thank you to Driada for consistently providing high-quality products.

Driada, get ready for my next order… I’ve just opened my last vial of Masteron and Primobolan! 🦾

Final Thoughts

I’d like to make one important point for anyone reading this: my experience is entirely personal and should not be considered a universal protocol.

Everyone responds differently to anabolic compounds. What works perfectly for one person may cause significant side effects in someone else. That’s why I strongly believe in regular blood work (complete blood count, lipid profile, liver and kidney function, estradiol, prolactin, testosterone, and other relevant markers) and adjusting your protocol based on objective laboratory results and how you actually feel—not solely on chasing aesthetic goals.

In my opinion, careful planning, consistent health monitoring, and being willing to adapt your protocol when necessary make the difference between a sustainable long-term approach and one that may eventually compromise your health. Ultimately, health should always come before physique.

Welcome to the challenge!

Great write-up and a very thoughtful approach. I especially like how you adapted your protocol based on bloodwork and overall well-being instead of chasing numbers.

Recovering from major spinal surgery and coming back in such good shape is impressive.
Wishing you a successful lean bulk and looking forward to seeing your progress! 💪

Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos from the period immediately after my surgery, when I started my protocol with testosterone, GH, and Drobold in August 2025.

The earliest photo I have is from January 2026, when I weighed 97 kg. At that point, I began a body recomposition phase while following a TRT protocol consisting of 125 mg of testosterone per week and 100 mg of Deca per week.

The second photo was taken approximately four months later, when my body weight had decreased to 85 kg.

After reaching 85 kg, I decided to begin a reverse diet. I gradually increased my daily caloric intake from approximately 2,000 kcal on training days, 1,800 kcal on rest days, and 1,600 kcal on complete rest days to my current intake of 4,000 kcal, 3,700 kcal, and 3,500 kcal, respectively. My current body weight is 93 kg.

Bro progress are amazing but I am very concerned on how much hgh are u using… I think you now how important is to keep boood sugars under control while using hgh, using insulin for e amo le is a great way to not make your pancreas over work because every time u pin hgh pancreas will work to keep the blood sugar stable , its important to know how many hgh are u running cause using insulin is not mandatory imo if u are not going over 8/10 is daily , with like 4/5 u berberine metformine and lipiic acid should be sufficient to prevent the loss of slin sensijilieted by the way great progress for real

Hey brother, thanks for your comment. I’m not using GH, and I don’t plan on using it again in the future.

I only used it for five weeks at 4 IU per day after my spinal surgery. However, after just a few injections, I noticed that my joints started hurting because I was retaining fluid from the GH, so I stopped using it. As soon as I discontinued it, my joints—especially my elbows and knees—went back to feeling normal, and the pain disappeared.

It’s a shame because I had bought a large amount of GH from Driada, and I ended up having to sell it to a friend.
