Here’s a breakdown of the supplements I take every day, regardless of whether I’m on a cycle or not:

Morning (on an empty stomach):

  • 40mg Nattokinase: Supports blood circulation and heart health.
  • 1200mg Citrus Bergamot: Helps manage cholesterol and promotes fat loss.
  • 3mg Boron: Supports bone health and helps regulate testosterone levels.
  • 600mg NAC: Detoxifies, boosts immune health, and has antioxidant properties. Supports liver function.
  • 10g Glutamine: Promotes muscle recovery and supports overall health.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar Shot (with turmeric, pepper, garlic, lemon, and ginger): Powerful anti-inflammatory and detox support.

After Breakfast:

  • 1g Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids: Boosts immune function and skin health.
  • Multivitamin: Covers all essential nutrients for the day.
  • 200mg CoQ10: Supports heart health and boosts energy.
  • 3 Omega-3 Capsules (2g total EPA & DHA): Supports brain, heart, and joint health, reduces inflammation.

After Dinner:

  • 1g Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids: Additional immune boost.
  • 3 Omega-3 Capsules (2g total EPA & DHA): Additional healthy fats.

Before Bed:

  • 400mg Magnesium: Supports sleep quality and muscle relaxation.
  • 600mg NAC: Additional detox and cell regeneration.
  • 10g Glutamine: Supports muscle recovery overnight.

Supersupplements.....

  • 2 IU HGH: Morning on an empty stomach.
  • 25mcg T4: Morning on an empty stomach.
  • 20mg Telmisartan: Before bed.
I stick to this routine consistently, whether I’m on a cycle or not. If cholesterol levels worsen (e.g., during a cycle), I add Niacin (Vitamin B3 Flush Version) for up to 2 months, but I only use it temporarily as it can raise my GPT levels.

Cheers, and stay as healthy as you can! 🍑

Red Yeast Rice — 600 mg

I would recommend replacing Red Yeast Rice with Citrus Bergamot. While Red Yeast Rice can help lower cholesterol, it has potential side effects like muscle pain or liver damage due to the compound Monacolin K, which works similarly to the active ingredient in statins.

On the other hand, Citrus Bergamot has a much better safety profile. It helps regulate cholesterol, supports fat loss, and also provides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits, without the same risks.

For me personally, Citrus Bergamot was a gamechanger!

Yes, I was told about it, but to be honest, it doesn't seem to me that this harm will be really significant. As far as I understand, the information about it is based on one study.
