Here’s a breakdown of the supplements I take every day, regardless of whether I’m on a cycle or not:
Cheers, and stay as healthy as you can!
Morning (on an empty stomach):
- 40mg Nattokinase: Supports blood circulation and heart health.
- 1200mg Citrus Bergamot: Helps manage cholesterol and promotes fat loss.
- 3mg Boron: Supports bone health and helps regulate testosterone levels.
- 600mg NAC: Detoxifies, boosts immune health, and has antioxidant properties. Supports liver function.
- 10g Glutamine: Promotes muscle recovery and supports overall health.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Shot (with turmeric, pepper, garlic, lemon, and ginger): Powerful anti-inflammatory and detox support.
After Breakfast:
- 1g Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids: Boosts immune function and skin health.
- Multivitamin: Covers all essential nutrients for the day.
- 200mg CoQ10: Supports heart health and boosts energy.
- 3 Omega-3 Capsules (2g total EPA & DHA): Supports brain, heart, and joint health, reduces inflammation.
After Dinner:
- 1g Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids: Additional immune boost.
- 3 Omega-3 Capsules (2g total EPA & DHA): Additional healthy fats.
Before Bed:
- 400mg Magnesium: Supports sleep quality and muscle relaxation.
- 600mg NAC: Additional detox and cell regeneration.

Supersupplements.....
- 2 IU HGH: Morning on an empty stomach.
