    You have to be honest with yourself: are you disciplined enough to treat the gym like a lifestyle? It takes consistency, not random motivation. If you’ve got that eye‑of‑the‑tiger drive, you’re already ahead.

    Find workouts you actually enjoy — that’s what keeps you coming back. The first weeks are the hardest, but once you push through, everything starts to flow: routine, diet, progress.
