The goal was to enhance strength, improve training performance, and achieve a harder, fuller look during the cycle.
How did you use this product?
I used it for approximately 2-3 weeks.
Dosage was 10 mg every 8 hours, totaling around 40 mg per day.
In hindsight, this was not the most optimal approach. Due to Oxandrolone’s half-life (around 8–9 hours), taking it every 8 hours resulted in continuous blood levels without any relative metabolic “rest,” leading to accumulation.
In the future, I would use 20–30 mg pre-workout instead, to better time peak plasma levels with training performance.

This was likely influenced by continuous dosing every 8 hours, which kept blood levels constantly elevated. Because of this lipid impact, I decided to discontinue Oxandrolone before the end of the cycle.
No other major side effects were experienced.
After hopping off Anavar my HDL recovered after 2 weeks back to normal
